Communication was a breeze—she responded quickly and helped arrange convenient drop-off and pick-up times. While I was away, Jamie sent me plenty of photos and videos, which gave me so much peace of mind knowing my pups were happy and well cared for. To top it off, my flight was delayed until the next day, and Jamie was incredibly kind and flexible in keeping Duke and Dave longer than planned. I truly appreciate her patience and understanding. “This was my first time I used Rover. I had to go out of town for a few days. Prior to leaving my Dog Dusty with Min, I took him over so she could meet him. When I first met Min, she was warm and friendly. When I was leaving, she immediately got acquainted with my dog and took him outside and walked him. I felt comfortable and knew my dog would be in good hands. While I was away, Min kept me informed several times a day about his eating and potty time. She gave him his medication daily and sent me Videos of Dusty playing with other dogs. Min did a great job caring for my dog. I will definitely be using her services in the near future!”
