“Matthew is the best! He keeps me updated on things he know I have concerns about, how my pup is doing with her reactivity to bikes and, when she had been ill, he updated me on how she was feeling and the details about the illness.”

“She’s super nice, she brought over a toy for my dog to play with and she was very attentive to him and kept me up to speed with his behavior will be booking her again soon. Thanks Makaya!”

“Hyun-Soo is amazing. Such a reliable person and has always been responsible. She is great with all animals especially dogs. Hyun-Soo is the perfect person when it comes to taking care of animals. She is very loving and affectionate. People would be lucky to have Hyun-Soo as their dog sitter.”

“Cassandra did an excellent job taking care of my two pups all week. I was so thankful to know they were in great hands. Will definitely recommend her and schedule her again. Thank you so much!”

“I hired Jonathan for a dog walking session. While most people would have just done this first visit as a meet and greet, I decided it was best to pay because (1) I wanted a meeting that day, and (2) I wanted him to walk the dog, but I wanted to be there to answer any questions and give him all of the necessary information to make each dog walk successful. Jonathan kindly met me at the park to walk my dog. He was on time, and he willingly took the leash and handled the dog walking duties including picking up my dog’s dooty. He was able to handle my dog on leash even when he saw a squirrel and attempted to run after it. I’m confident that I could hire Jonathan in the future and plan to do so.”

“Jill arrived just a few minutes early so she could start Dash's walk right on time. Our tail wagged welcomed her at the door and really enjoyed his walk. This was the first time Jill B. walked out dog and we will definitely use her services again! Thanks Jill!”

“My name is Heather & Mikayla is my daughter. I know that most people might think that because she is my daughter I would say only good things about her to make her look good but I would never write this testimonial if she wasn't a responsible, loving, caring, compassionate, trustworthy person. We have had pets our whole life & she has always take such great care & been so helpful with them in every aspect possible. As well as, with friends/families pets too. I have complete faith in her that she will take excellent care of your furr babies & they will be loved, taken care of like they are her own.”

About: New to Rover? Use my code and save on your first booking with me. Hi! I’m Somkith… or Kit if it’s easier. I work from home and my schedule is flexible so I’m able to step in and help you out with your furry loved one. I have Basic Puppy & Dog training via the SFSPCA. I also have taken care of senior dogs as well. I love animals. I’ve rescued 5 different animals since I was 24: 4 dogs and 1 cat. I rescued them 2 SF, 1 SD, and 2 in Garland. Unfortunately, I can’t take in anymore because I don’t have the space in my house. I was trained in Basic Puppy/ Dog Training at the SFSPCA: come/ recall, sit, stay, down, off, no, house training, crate training and socializing. I have rescued and raised dogs from puppy to senior stage and kitten to cat. I’m patient with animals and think about what they would want vs what we humans need & make it work. Let me know how I can help. I work full time but have a very flexible schedule from Monday- Friday. Weekends & Holidays are negotiable depending on everyone’s schedule but we can make it work. I am respectful of your home and space. For drop ins, my main priority is the care of your dog/ cat. I’ll provide the best care I can and make your pet as happy and comfy as possible. For dog walking, I’m aware of pet fatigue & exhaustion in heat (summertime), different personalities/ atmospheres around your dog and making sure they get the fresh air and walking that they need. For day care, I have a fenced in yard. I have many cat trees and dog beds. Your animal will be treated just like my own and get full reign of the house and backyard. I can provide treats, scratches, companionship and fun with my pets. I’m careful, patient and put your care about your animal’s needs. Lastly all my animals are current on their meds/ visits and socialized. I live within 5 minutes of a vet/ animal care.

About: I am a Licensed Veterinary Technician with 30 years experience caring for dogs, cats, pet birds, chickens, small mammals, reptiles, and other "non-traditional" pets. In addition to dogs and cats, my own pets have included rabbits, ferrets, box turtles, parrots, finches, and even a Texas spiny lizard! Do you have a senior dog or cat that needs some extra care and attention during the day? Or a special needs pet that has unique medical needs the average person may not be prepared to handle? Or how about a new puppy that needs mid-day potty breaks while you are at work, and could also use a few extra minutes of training to learn good habits? As a Fear Free Certified Professional, I only use reward-based training methods so your pet will look forward to my visits! I currently work full-time from home. My work schedule is unique which gives me the opportunity to provide mid-day walks and drop-in visits, as well as evening check-ins. I value the trust you place in someone to care for your furry, feathered, or scaled family member in the same manner that you would. I have dedicated my life to caring for and providing medical care for other people's pets, and will look after your pets as if they were my own!

“Brandy has been walking my golden retriever, Charlie, for a few months now, and we love her so much!! She is very communicative, flexible, and cares for Charlie as if she were her own. I can’t recommend Brandy enough!”

About: Hi, I'm Harper! I'm a lifelong animal lover with experience in taking care of kittens and small to medium-sized dogs. What makes me different? Genuine Love & Attention – I treat every pet like my own, ensuring they feel safe, happy, and loved. Small & Medium Dog Comfort – I provide dogs with the attention they need, from walks to playtime to cuddle time. Basic Training Fun – My cat is trained to do paw and high-five, so I am patient and enjoy getting pets involved in fun learning! Patient & Gentle Approach – I understand that certain pets require time to warm up, and I’m more than willing to work at their pace. Work From Home Availability – Since I work from home, I can give pets the attention they need throughout the day, so they are always attended to, comforted, and never left alone. I would be happy to look after your pet while you are away! Tell me how I can help. Since I work from home, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to provide your pet with regular attention and care throughout the day. Whether they need playtime, cuddles, or just a quiet presence near them, I’ll make sure that they feel safe and at ease while you’re away. My primary concern is the comfort and well-being of your pet. Whether I am caring for them in your home or welcoming them into my home, I offer a safe, clean, and stress-free environment where they can feel secure and loved.

“Tashayla's natural love for animals, combined with her reliability and attention to detail, makes her an excellent sitter. You can trust that she'll care for your pet with patience, respect, and affection, keeping you updated along the way so you have peace of mind.”

“Shahroz is my best friend of over 5 years. I have a very cute but very energetic corgi. Throughout college I have had to stay out late and go to work on weekends but he was always there to look after my best friend. My dog Stella absolutely loves him. He has dog sat for our other friends too. I couldn’t recommend him more”

“Rachel was awesome and so sweet. My Roxy loved her from the start and didn't even bark at her (which Roxy normally does to any new person that comes to our house) but she was calm and just wanted to sniff her. Rachel was prompt and overall awesome. We will definitely be rebooking for our recurring needs! I also appreciated Rachels last minute availability :)”

About: I’m a fairly new dog owner who’s only had a year of experience, but don’t let that fool you. My first pet I’ve ever owned happened to be pregnant, so I’ve had my fair share of puppy care as well. Since I’m new to this life, my perspective on pets are more refreshed than others, and it’s making me learn that every pet deserves the same love I give to my dog. I’’m currently working part time as a server, but I only work 2 days there (one being a half day) so my schedule is very much open throughout the week. My house has a fenced yard (about 3 1/2ft tall) that overlooks a golf course and has a decent amount of running space. There will always be another dog in the house (my sweet girl) but she can be crated if needed. I allow all dogs on the furniture or bed unless instructed otherwise, and will keep a watchful eye on them the entire day (I do nothing at home anyways.)

“Lucy has watched my dog, Shep, many times over the years. She’s incredibly affectionate, attentive, and makes sure he gets all the care and love he needs. Shep always comes home happy and is well taken when I come pick him up. Lucy is trustworthy, reliable, and clearly has a natural way with animals. I wouldn’t hesitate to ask her to watch Shep again in the future!”

“I couldn't think of anyone better than Christopher to watch or walk my dog. Christopher is a great pet owner as well as a really good person with a kind soul. If anyone is looking for a trustworthy dog walker/caregiver then look no further.”

“I have trusted my pets with Tara for years and she is simply the best! Tara is reliable, responsive and communicative while I'm gone, which gives me such peace of mind when I'm away from my fur baby. I always know he will have the very best care. He might actually prefer Tara to me! I trust her implicitly and am lucky to have her as a pet caregiver!”

“Wendy knew exactly how to meet my timid girl, Bella. She was patient and kind and read her behavior like she was a professional dog trainer! I'm so impressed. She gave me great feedback on Bella and was flexible on bookings. I would hire her again!”

“Annette has watched our dog multiple times while we've been out of town. She is trustworthy, responsible, and great with animals. We knew our dog was well loved while we were away so we never had to worry. We would not hesitate to hire her again!”
