2. Somkith K.
About: New to Rover? Use my code and save on your first booking with me. Hi! I’m Somkith… or Kit if it’s easier. I work from home and my schedule is flexible so I’m able to step in and help you out with your furry loved one. I have Basic Puppy & Dog training via the SFSPCA. I also have taken care of senior dogs as well. I love animals. I’ve rescued 5 different animals since I was 24: 4 dogs and 1 cat. I rescued them 2 SF, 1 SD, and 2 in Garland. Unfortunately, I can’t take in anymore because I don’t have the space in my house. I was trained in Basic Puppy/ Dog Training at the SFSPCA: come/ recall, sit, stay, down, off, no, house training, crate training and socializing. I have rescued and raised dogs from puppy to senior stage and kitten to cat. I’m patient with animals and think about what they would want vs what we humans need & make it work. Let me know how I can help. I work full time but have a very flexible schedule from Monday- Friday. Weekends & Holidays are negotiable depending on everyone’s schedule but we can make it work. I am respectful of your home and space. For drop ins, my main priority is the care of your dog/ cat. I’ll provide the best care I can and make your pet as happy and comfy as possible. For dog walking, I’m aware of pet fatigue & exhaustion in heat (summertime), different personalities/ atmospheres around your dog and making sure they get the fresh air and walking that they need. For day care, I have a fenced in yard. I have many cat trees and dog beds. Your animal will be treated just like my own and get full reign of the house and backyard. I can provide treats, scratches, companionship and fun with my pets. I’m careful, patient and put your care about your animal’s needs. Lastly all my animals are current on their meds/ visits and socialized. I live within 5 minutes of a vet/ animal care.

“Rachel was awesome and so sweet. My Roxy loved her from the start and didn't even bark at her (which Roxy normally does to any new person that comes to our house) but she was calm and just wanted to sniff her. I am new to the DFW area and would love to take provide care for your fur baby or babies, showing them nothing less than the love and care you already give them! I’m currently at home with my son (age 2) everyday. I have very open availability and flexibility to fit most schedules and routines as needed! I am very attentive. I may not have a fenced in backyard but I have a sizable balcony, dog park in my complex and plenty of walkable sidewalks near my home. I will never take my eyes off your pet when outside and they are welcome on all furniture in my home.
12. Ethan T.
About: I’m a fairly new dog owner who’s only had a year of experience, but don’t let that fool you. My first pet I’ve ever owned happened to be pregnant, so I’ve had my fair share of puppy care as well. Since I’m new to this life, my perspective on pets are more refreshed than others, and it’s making me learn that every pet deserves the same love I give to my dog. I’’m currently working part time as a server, but I only work 2 days there (one being a half day) so my schedule is very much open throughout the week. My house has a fenced yard (about 3 1/2ft tall) that overlooks a golf course and has a decent amount of running space. There will always be another dog in the house (my sweet girl) but she can be crated if needed. I allow all dogs on the furniture or bed unless instructed otherwise, and will keep a watchful eye on them the entire day (I do nothing at home anyways.)
