But Kristie made us feel 100% like Josie was in the best hands and we knew she genuinely cared for her like she was her own. That was very meaningful to us. And, when we returned home, Kristie left a very thoughtful gift for us, which was a plant in memory of the dog we had just lost. I can't say how much that meant to us.
