He won my dog over so quickly with his sensitivity and awareness to ensuring she was not threatened. But it gets better. When he stayed at the house, not only did he follow the routine to the letter, he attempted to fix a leaking toilet, he washed his sheets and towels and he sorted my mail. Amazing. I wish he could be my best kept secret but it’s important to sing his praises - I’ve never come across anyone quite so humble and earnest in their work.
