About: I’ve been an animal lover for as long as I can remember. I grew up caring for a house full of pets—including a cat, parakeets, fish, and even a couple of snapping turtles—and have loved both cats and dogs throughout my life. As an adult, I was lucky enough to spend 11 years with our beloved German Shepherd mix, Evie. We completed obedience training together, and I have plenty of hands-on experience with daily walks, feeding, routines, training reinforcement, playtime, and all the everyday care that comes with sharing your life with a dog. As Evie got older, I also gained experience caring for a senior dog through arthritis and, eventually, a period of significant illness. Her needs changed considerably during her final months, so I’m comfortable administering oral medications, keeping an eye on changes in appetite or behavior, adapting routines for an older or less-active dog, and understanding when something just doesn’t seem quite right. I’ve also cared for pets for neighbors and understand how important it is to have someone you trust looking after your pet while you’re away. Since losing Evie in 2022, we haven’t been ready to bring another pet into our family, so I’d genuinely love the opportunity to spend some time caring for yours. I’m dependable, attentive, patient, and—most importantly—I truly enjoy being around animals. I’m self-employed and set my own schedule, which gives me plenty of flexibility to work pet care into my day. I’m generally available for morning visits beginning around 8:30 AM, as well as midday and afternoon care. I can build walks, potty breaks, playtime, meals, and plenty of attention into each pet’s normal routine, and I’m happy to follow the schedule they’re accustomed to at home. I know consistency matters, especially when pets are away from their people, so I’m happy to follow the schedule they’re accustomed to at home. We are a family of four with two children, ages 10 and 7, and our home has a fully fenced backyard for supervised outdoor time and potty breaks. We don’t currently have any pets of our own, so visiting dogs won’t need to adjust to other resident animals. I know every pet has different routines, boundaries, and comfort levels, and I’ll follow your instructions closely—from feeding and walks to medications, crate routines, sleeping arrangements, and house rules. I’m also happy to learn about your pet’s personality, triggers, quirks, and favorite things before their stay so we can make our home feel as comfortable and familiar as possible.

About: I’ve always had dogs and cats growing up. I help out my friends and family with their pets when needed. I love playing and walking with pups. I can help with feeding and any special needs or quirks your animal may have. I work from home and love getting outside whenever I have the chance. I have a flexible work schedule and during the weekend I’m home playing with my dog! When going outside I would always make sure a leash is on if there isn’t a fence. Always be on lookout for glass or trash on the sidewalk.

In addition to dogs and cats, my own pets have included rabbits, ferrets, box turtles, parrots, finches, and even a Texas spiny lizard! As a Fear Free Certified Professional, I only use reward-based training methods so your pet will look forward to my visits! I currently work full-time from home. My work schedule is unique which gives me the opportunity to provide mid-day walks and drop-in visits, as well as evening check-ins. I value the trust you place in someone to care for your furry, feathered, or scaled family member in the same manner that you would. I have dedicated my life to caring for and providing medical care for other people's pets, and will look after your pets as if they were my own!

Your dog will beg to come back I currently work remote from home other than occasional visits to clients in the metroplex. Dogs are frequently let out in 2-4 hour windows (unless special needs are requested and I will gladly accommodate) for potty and play time Fenced backyard yard, two senior dogs, a standard poodle and a Chi-mix, who are pet friendly and are accustom to having all ages and breeds of dogs come for occasional boarding.

I have an 8' fenced back yard, with security cameras. I enjoy being outside with your furbabies and will provide that extra level of security when they are running around in the backyard. I have hard floors for easy clean-up. I also provide extra blankets to keep your furbabies warm. I also have a separate eating area set up for your furbabies. I keep one extra crate, if needed when you bring your dog.

About: I am an absolute dog lover! I have grown up with dogs and love being around them. We go on walks often so we can get our daily dose of exercise. I will care for your dog as my own. No pups on the furniture but I have two plush dog beds for them to rest their furry heads. I look forward to spending lots of time with your pup and overdosing them with belly rubs. I love capturing moments, so expect to get lots of pictures from me. I’m currently back at work and my hours are usually 9-5. A few days a week I am able to work part time so I’ll be home more. I have a fenced yard so they can spend time outside. We split custody for our very friendly lab so occasionally your pup will have a friend to play with.

About: Hi! I’m Bella, I have a Bachelors of Animal Science with a concentration in pre-vet from Tarleton State. I’ve taken care of dogs of all kinds since I was 8. I have had five dogs of my own ranging from a great Pyrenees to a Frenchie. I currently own two dogs, the first being my personal protection dog Ace and my duck dog Jade. I have been a reliable source for any pet parent in need. I have taken care of pets walking, bathing, and feeding and am knowledgeable in what to do in any pet emergency. I am a recent college graduate with a pretty open schedule. I have 2 dogs of my own that I care for and if you schedule me I can always make room for your fur baby too! I crate my own dogs at home so if that is something you need I can easily do that. I am super attentive so if you have a needy dog or an escape artist I’m a great sitter. I’m also a vet tech so I know exactly what to do if there is a medical emergency.

About: Paw-parent to the sweetest 4 year old Frenchton. As a former corporate employee in an office, I know the struggles of finding time to give dogs the attention and stimulation they deserve. I’m here to make your life a little easier and provide great care for your best friend. I’ve taken care of family pets since high school but became a first time paw-parent in 2020. My partner Johnny also helps me and he is home during the day since he works from home. I currently have lots of free time and can look over your pets almost any day of the week. Spring break is around the corner and my calendar is filling up fast. Please book soon for March dates. Furry friends will be taken out 4-5 times a day. Can accommodate to more times if needed. Pets will be kept inside the home for boarding at all times. (Potty breaks are done outside in the backyard which is fenced.) If walks are required they will only be done if the weather is safe for pets and me. My current pet Peppers will be at my home if you are boarding but in a completely different part of my home.

About: I have been walking and exercising dogs for 15 years for clients, friends, and family. Because my dog was a very active dog, we usually took on other very active dogs too. Dakota taught me that exercise isn't just walking. Dogs need variety. For elderly dogs, this might simply be slow walks and lots of sniffing. Sniffing is essential mental exercise even though it gets boring to us. For active dogs, whenever possible, we would go on excursions for an hour or more which involved walking, running, swimming, and playing. My hours and schedule are flexible. I will tailor the exercise to what your dog wants and needs. I work early mornings as an online ESL teacher. I'm available by 9AM every day and like to be finished by 8PM. Right now, I'm very flexible. I don't board or sit dogs at my house but will happily consider house and dog-sitting while you are away. Safety is a huge thing for dogs, even more than owners. They have to trust you to not put them in danger, ever.

About: what sets me apart is not only is this a passion for me i went to school for it. I feel like pet care services should be more accessible cause you know shit happens and having a good pet care system really changes things. Im from Chicago and im currently trying to become an exotic veterinarian or be within vet med sciences. I completed one step by attended fox college vet tech in chicago and trained animals on top of that specializing in fear and aggression. I’ve worked with banfield clinics and have done free service pop ups. i’m never gonna judge just want to be part of your pet caring team. I work for a different company aside from rover and I love it doing the same thing. I went to school for it. its a passion for me. people and animals save each other all the time, thats the stuff that matters. a good pet care system helps foster a good environment. I own pets so i understand all sides. I always follow the instructions given first to me first because every dog and every routine is different. tips and tricks can work for certain situations but at the end of the day, pet parent knows their dog best. How I personally take care of my pets is through getting to know their individual personalities and building a system that runs with my lifestyle, but also taking them to dog parks using plate puzzles to stimulate them, and personal time because, at the end of the day they are just as as much as aware as we are.

About: Hi! My name is Claire and I love dogs! All shapes, sizes, colors, personality, and looks! My husband and I live in a house with a fenced yard and in a great neighborhood. We have two fur children of our own, Burch and Willow. Burch(boy,14) is a small 15 pound mutt with a big underbite. Willow(girl) is an 5 year old long hair Dalmatian with lots of energy! We also have a 14month old daughter who also loves dogs! I’m the girl who pets your dog in public without asking! I’ve grown up with dogs all of my life and do not discriminate. Each one is perfect in their own little way! I am currently in search of a full time position and would love nothing more to fill my days with your dogs! I am at home all day everyday and our daughter is at daycare M-F, 9am to 5pm! Besides the few appts. here and there I am available mostly all day! I have a fenced yard and 2 dogs of our own that love to play! Dogs stay inside and are allowed on furniture :) I do ask that your dogs are gentle and used to being around toddlers.
