We highly recommend Megan, and we will continue to have Megan watch Finley. This was the longest we spent time away from Finley Magee. It was hard for us to leave your 4-legged baby and I know it would be hard for our pup too. Megan put us at ease with her detailed progress reports during each visit. “To say Kathryn is the perfect person to work with/care for animals would be spot on. She’s probably had more exposure to all kinds of animals than the typical person has. She’s had pet rats, Guinea pigs, chickens, cats and dogs with the occasional reptile and wild animal that has wandered upon her in need of rehabilitation or stray dogs running from everyone but walking right up to her. She has a way with animals that they feel safe in her presence. She dotes on all the animals she cares for and it’s amazing to see how they interact with her in return. Kathryn would be fantastic for Rover to have on their team, so I would highly recommend her for the job.”

“Absolutely loved Alyssa. She came by for a home visit prior to the day she would walk my dog and asked very good questions and made me feel very comfortable leaving him to her care. She is extremely professional and very responsive and provided a report afterward with pictures and details of how often he went potty and specific mannerisms that made her laugh. “Amy has helped me a lot taking care my pets. Highway, my chihuahua trouble maker, tends to be the one to keep an eye on. He constantly needs supervision and attention, the amount of times I have caught him trying to get “snacks" from a cat's litter box is…. A lot. He wants to be constantly be held and be petted, and unfortunately, my job has prevented me from being at home. Amy has helped a lot in keeping him out of trouble, and tells me if there is anything unusual like the time he was having loose stool. One of my cats have a special diet from the others, she has follow the instructions as directed and try her best to keep him from eating the other cats food. I appreciate that she would send me pictures that I requested of my little trouble makers during the day. I definitely recommend her to take of both cats and dogs. I would rehired her the next time my job sends me off to another location.”

About: I have taken care of dogs big and small since I was 16 years old. Friends and family have relied on me to walk, feed, and administer medications to their little loved ones. Not to mention I’ve raised my own puppy and I know what it takes to give them the best possible care! I’m currently working part-time so I have plenty of time to play with your pups! I am available mornings, evenings past 5:30, and weekends. I am flexible and willing to accommodate your needs. I will care for your pets in your home, we can go for walks, trips to the dog park, and I have a vehicle if transportation is needed for appointments.

About: I have been working with animals as long as I can remember , I started volunteering at shelters and being a foster parent in my freshman year of high school and way before that I would bring home strays and help the community strays out and would want to keep each and every one of them! I have always had this passionate connection with animals and nature which is to why I am currently beginning my journey at A&M Commerce to major in Pre-Veterinary ! My goal and dream is to become a veterinarian. I had also started my own dog boarding business when I lived in Houston because I had so much free time and a ranch style house with land so I wanted to make the best out of dog sitting and care and give the pets quality care! I recently have just worked at a animal hospital with a years experience of work! I know all the basics to restraints and behavior cues and I as well know how to do nail trims and bathing! Because I have to take care of my own fur babies as well! I have a fenced in yard with lots of privacy and a good amount of space as well as a shaded patio for my pup and a dog crate that he sleeps in at night time. About: I have owned many pets, including dogs, cats, sugar gliders, and other exotics. I work as a kennel technician, taking care of many aggressive dogs, old dogs, and dogs with lots of energy! I even have a people aggressive dog that we spends lots of time working with. Being outside is one of my favorite things to do, as well as going on trail-walks! I work with all types of training collars (e-collars, prongs, martingales, and even flat collars! I am able to work all day on Tuesdays and Thursdays. All hours of the day! My days off are important to take care of your pups! I will bathe your dogs, take them on adventures, simply walk/play with them. I’m experienced with giving medication to dogs, as my dog gets medications daily. Im experienced with aggressive dogs and most likely can handle your aggressive dogs. I would like to meet them a few times with you present just to get them used to me. I’m open to other suggestions to keep your fur babies happy and healthy.

“Ginny recently watched our boxer through Rover for over a week and she was AMAZING! We have never left our dog with a sitter except once for a few hours with family members. He is high energy and we were a bit concerned about finding the right fit. Ginny was it! During the meet and greet, Ginny was able to befriend our boxer immediately and match his energy level. She made us feel at ease about leaving our fur baby. We received updates throughout each day along with fantastic pictures. It was evident that she loves dogs and that she was having just as much fun as our boxer was on his staycation. Ginny maximized her time with him and provided walks, visits to the park and creek as well as playdates. Ginny took care of our dog and house as her own. She went above and beyond protecting our home and dog from a wasp invasion and even gave us a couple of tips as a dog owner herself, which we appreciated very much. We could not have discovered a better sitter than Ginny and would wholeheartedly recommend her to others.”
