About: I’ve been an animal lover for as long as I can remember. I grew up caring for a house full of pets—including a cat, parakeets, fish, and even a couple of snapping turtles—and have loved both cats and dogs throughout my life. As an adult, I was lucky enough to spend 11 years with our beloved German Shepherd mix, Evie. We completed obedience training together, and I have plenty of hands-on experience with daily walks, feeding, routines, training reinforcement, playtime, and all the everyday care that comes with sharing your life with a dog. As Evie got older, I also gained experience caring for a senior dog through arthritis and, eventually, a period of significant illness. Her needs changed considerably during her final months, so I’m comfortable administering oral medications, keeping an eye on changes in appetite or behavior, adapting routines for an older or less-active dog, and understanding when something just doesn’t seem quite right. I’ve also cared for pets for neighbors and understand how important it is to have someone you trust looking after your pet while you’re away. Since losing Evie in 2022, we haven’t been ready to bring another pet into our family, so I’d genuinely love the opportunity to spend some time caring for yours. I’m dependable, attentive, patient, and—most importantly—I truly enjoy being around animals. I’m self-employed and set my own schedule, which gives me plenty of flexibility to work pet care into my day. I’m generally available for morning visits beginning around 8:30 AM, as well as midday and afternoon care. About: I currently have 2 dogs - Morkies (Yorkies and Maltese mix). Pets have always been a part of my life. Family and friends tell me that I treat my dogs like they are people; I say that I just love them and they love me. You can be sure that I would love and care for your pets just as much. My schedule is flexible which allows me the opportunity to be home during the day, and all nights. Please, no aggressive dogs. I will make sure that your dogs are comfortable and safe with me. I have an 8' fenced back yard, with security cameras. I enjoy being outside with your furbabies and will provide that extra level of security when they are running around in the backyard. I have hard floors for easy clean-up. I also provide extra blankets to keep your furbabies warm. I also have a separate eating area set up for your furbabies. I keep one extra crate, if needed when you bring your dog.

About: I decided to join rover because of how much I love dogs. I have a big yard and 2 dogs of my own for your baby/babies to play with! I keep my dogs mainly inside during the day with the occasional trip to the back yard. I am home all day so that allows for lots of potty breaks and playtime (weather permitting). As a hobby, I foster puppies for a rescue so I am very patient and understanding of puppy behavior. I've been fostering since 2018 and have gained tons of knowledge on dog behaviors, training, health, etc! Very excited to hangout with all your fur babies! Recently I took on a second job which requires me to be away from the house for about 5-6 hours a few times a week. Safety and comfort are my top priorities! I will ask lots of questions and require a meeting before accepting a booking. I want to be sure everyone gets along and that all the dogs are comfortable. As for updates during a booking, I strive myself of being 100% honest. I want your dog to love coming here and feel at home with me. If they happen to be uncomfortable for any reason I will let you know! Nothing is more important than the right environment for your dog(s)! I am home during the day which allows for lots of playtime and potty breaks. I work away from the house usually 3 times a week for 5-6 hours but ensure the dogs get lots of play time before and after I leave. Safety and comfort are my top priorities! About: I’ve been taking care of backyard stray cats to having one on my own. I learned to love and take care of cats by spending most of my time with them I’m a grad student so I am busy in the morning but flexible during my breaks. If I’m taking care of cats in my home, I’m usually with them most of the time. I have an extra bedroom & bathroom if cat is a nervous belly for him/her to get use to environment. I do have a cat at home for social buddy
