“I would highly, highly recommend Kristie! She did such an amazing job with our dog Josie, who had just lost her sister a few days before we went away. Kristie made sure that Josie was comforted and had all the extra love and care so she didn't feel lonely. We also received daily pictures and updates so we knew Josie was well taken care of. Having lost a dog before we left, we were uneasy about leaving Josie behind. But Kristie made us feel 100% like Josie was in the best hands and we knew she genuinely cared for her like she was her own. That was very meaningful to us. And, when we returned home, Kristie left a very thoughtful gift for us, which was a plant in memory of the dog we had just lost. I can't say how much that meant to us. She provided daily and detailed updates with pictures. One of our dogs generally shows signs of anxiety after we get home from a trip, but that hasn't been the case this time. Ella made sure that when she did leave the house during her stay, it wasn't for more than 8 hours per our request to ensure the dogs had their necessary bathroom breaks. It's very clear that Ella takes good care of the pets she is watching, as if they are her own. We will absolutely be booking with Ella again in the future and highly recommend her to anyone else considering her.”
