Communication was a breeze—she responded quickly and helped arrange convenient drop-off and pick-up times. While I was away, Jamie sent me plenty of photos and videos, which gave me so much peace of mind knowing my pups were happy and well cared for. To top it off, my flight was delayed until the next day, and Jamie was incredibly kind and flexible in keeping Duke and Dave longer than planned. I truly appreciate her patience and understanding.
