They were incredibly reliable, communicative, and I felt comfortable leaving my pets with him while we were away. The main thing is that they kept my pets away from others which I had asked them to which gave us so much peace of mind. “Pacita was amazing caregivers while we were facing a challenging time and she as displaced by the storm. She took our girls in the same day and allowed us time to heal and get our home together without the worry of the heat getting to our dogs. I recommend her over and over. What an amazing couple to help others and give us peace of mind. She provided photos often to show how well they were doing and also gave them baths so they were able to be around other dogs. Seeing how happy and loved-on she was vs. constantly crated (like some boarding facilities), made me feel so much better!”
“Melissa is truly fantastic! My dog, Collins, has stayed with her multiple times over the past several months and adores her. Whenever we drop her off she's wagging her and tail and excited to see Melissa again! Melissa and her boyfriend are very active, they are always taking Collins on long walks or hikes. They send lots of pictures and keep me in the loop about how Collins is doing. They have also been really flexible with pick up and drop off and even dropped Collins off at our house one time when we couldn't be there to pick her up. I highly recommend Melissa and will continue to use her moving forward.”

This was our first time trying Rover so we were a bit nervous prior to booking. But, we are SO thankful we found Maxine! She was kind enough to do a brief Meet and Greet beforehand. Milo had the best time staying with Maxine. She took such good care of him and sent us updates and photos.
My dogs absolutely love Jamie! I love that my dogs aren’t trying to rush out of her house when I get there like they use to when I would put them in a boarding facility so that’s a major green flag to me. They play so much at her house that when I get them back they are wiped out for days which is so nice. I’m so thankful I found Jamie and can go on vacation just knowing my dogs are in great hands and very well taken care of.
Penny was absolutely wonderful with my puppies, Bunny and Noelle. They soaked up every bit of the attention she gave them, and it was clear they felt safe, loved, and completely at ease in her care. I especially appreciated how consistently Penny kept me updated on their wellbeing — her messages were reassuring and thoughtful, and I never had to wonder how they were doing. When one of my puppies started feeling sick, Penny contacted me right away. We talked through what was happening, and she worked with me calmly and compassionately to figure out the best plan. Her quick communication and steady presence made a stressful moment so much easier. Because Penny works from home, Bunny and Noelle had constant companionship throughout their stay. They were never left alone, and that made all the difference. Knowing they had someone attentive and kind with them all day gave me tremendous peace of mind. I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. Penny is responsible, caring, and truly devoted to the animals she looks after. I’m so grateful for her.
Kyle was absolutely amazing! He kept us updated throughout Enzo’s stay with regular messages and photos, followed his routine perfectly, and took such great care of him. He was patient, flexible, and genuinely cared about our puppy. This has been our best Rover experience by far, and we’d 100% recommend Kyle to anyone looking for a trustworthy sitter.
Anne was absolutely amazing! She took care of my sweet girl for two weeks, and I couldn’t have asked for a better pet sitter. From the moment I dropped her off, I knew she was in great hands. Anne truly pampered and spoiled her with so much love and attention. She took her on two walks every single day, made sure she was comfortable, and treated her like one of her own. It was obvious how much she genuinely cares about the animals she watches. I also loved receiving updates and knowing my girl was happy, safe, and having a wonderful time while I was away.
