Halle is very sweet and clearly cares about animals. She spent a lot of time with Indie and Zorro, walked Indie daily, and they were safe and loved while I was away. That said, as a newer sitter, there were a few misses with following household instructions — particularly around my senior cat’s strict urinary diet/treat limits and maintaining the no-sofa rule for my dog (who is a semi-recent rescue that can be stubborn at times). Communication was also lighter than I prefer, and I would have appreciated more proactive daily updates and supply check-ins. Overall, she has a kind heart and good intentions, but I’d recommend her most for lower-maintenance pets and households with simpler routines as she continues gaining experience.
