Because my mom is allergic to pet hair, I’m unable to host pets in my own home. Instead, I provide care in your home (or in the home of a friend, when sitting for them) so your dog can stay comfortable in a familiar environment. When caring for pets in their own home, I follow your instructions closely — from feeding schedules and walks to playtime routines and cuddle sessions. I make sure water bowls are always fresh, food is given on time, and your pet gets plenty of attention and exercise. I also keep your home tidy, bring in mail/packages if needed, and send regular photo and video updates so you can relax knowing your pet is safe, happy, and loved.

“Emma was great! Responsive, responsible, and great with my pup! I'm a sitter myself on Rover, so my bar is pretty high and I'm quite picky with who I let into my hope and who I ask to watch my dog. Emma was all green flags right away. She made it easy to set up a meet-and-greet. Came over and let me take the time to go over all the particulaties of the space (there were many) -- I've recently moved into my Grandma's home, as she died a few months back. Her keepsakes and belongings are still everywhere in the space, And I thought it would be nerve-wracking to let someone into that space with so many priceless (to me) items were still all over the place. Emma heard me out and made me feel confident that she understood where I was coming from and how special the space was to me. After an hour with Emma, I was totally at ease. About: I grew up on a ranch with all kinds of animals, so I’ve taken care of every size from quail to horses. I started watching other people’s animals when I was 13, from feeding friends 4H projects to staying at a house with someone’s dog. I’m currently working part time and am about to start my senior year at Sacramento State. I typically have evenings free and a couple hours in the morning depending on my schedule for the week. I’m very flexible and willing to work around or with anything! I don’t offer care in my own home currently as I live in an apartment. But I’m more than willing to watch them in your home to help them stay in their routine!

About: I have had all types of animals ever since i’ve been alive! This includes horses, cats, dogs, chickens, sheep, hamsters, guinea pigs, etc.! I have a deep love for all animals and know I am a trustworthy and caring animal lover! I am a graduate from Cal Poly SLO that has moved home for a bit. I am trying to make a little money while finding a job and what better way to do that than to spend that time with animals! So, my schedule is very open as I am navigating this shift in my life! As I said above, I have had animals my whole life. As for dogs and cats, I first make sure that they are getting all the love they deserve because their love towards humans are endless. I go on atleast 1 walk a day and feed my dogs twice a day according to their diet. As for my cat, I make sure to give him all the belly rubs and a good morning stretch (he loves it)! While I was in school I helped my boyfriend take care of his two frenchies. My latest pet was a big Bordie Collie, but right now I have a smaller dog and a cat! Therefore, I have taken care of a variety of different dogs. All I want to offer to your animals are the love and care that they deserve!

Shelly did a great job, and when she had other things she needed to do, she had her daughter help out, which I believe worked out great! Letting someone stay in your home can be a little uncomfortable, but Lexi was super respectful of the space and clearly focused on making my dog feel comfortable and cared for. “From our first meet and greet I was impressed with Faith. Her maturity and responsibility were evident. She stayed in my home with my very needy 16 year old miniature Dachshund. She maintained contact with me while I was away. Upon my return I could see Zoe had been well cared for. Faith was respectful of my home and left the place in good order. She went above and beyond, doing little extras that were much appreciated. I will use Faith again when needed and highly recommend her for all your pet sitting needs”

About: I’ve always owned dogs and cats and I’ve always been an animal lover. My mom asked me what I want to be when I grow up and I said that I want to play the piano for puppies. I can’t play an instrument for the life of me, but I applied myself and went to school to become a Veterinary Assistant. And yes; I bathe my cat before applying flea meditation. Need a weekend getaway or a date night. I’m available on the week days. I am looking for a second job and with my experience this seems like a perfect fit for me. I will follow guidelines/standards set by you! Also, your animal can tell me the when, where, and for how long we should eat, sleep, play, walk, ect.

About: I've always loved taking care of animals, and have been raised around them my whole life. I've volunteered at a shelter for a couple of years, and have had neighbors and family members rely on me to take care of their pets any time they were out of town. I have experience with both puppies and senior care just from having my own pups. Puppies like to be active a lot of the time and also need reinforcing with patience and consitency. However with senior dogs I have no issues with medications, and any special care, or just being a companion for them. I'm working part time right now however only two days a week usually between Thursday and Saturday, sometimes it does fluctuate but it can most definitely be worked around if need be. Anytime from Sunday-Wednesday would be best, as those are usually my off days and would have way more time available to spend with your doggies! When caring for pets in a clients home, I make sure to adhere closely to the instructions given to maintain consistency and meet individual pets needs. This includes any medications, supplements, feeding schedules, and meals with any dietary restrictions or needs. I like to keep pets active as well depending on their health condition, and make sure to keep a clean and well kept environment. Above all I treat each pet with respect and care as if they were my own.
