About: My family has had dogs for most of my life. We have cared for two dogs, one who required extra care, and one who was a senior. On my own I have cared for pet rats. I have also watched my friend's and neighbor's cats and dogs. I am a student at American River College right now, so I will be gone for a few hours a week for class. Other than that I have plenty of time to spend with your fur babies! I am great at following instructions, so whatever your pets need in your own home I will follow. Written instruction works the best with me so that I can double and triple check that I've done a good job! I make sure to be respectful of everyone's homes, especially when I have been trusted to take care of the pets inside.

About: I've been taking care of animals for a little over 5 years including my own animals. I have 1 dog and 1 Guinea pig. I used to volunteer for Mollys Militia which was animal foster/adoption center. During my volunteer hours I would make sure the dogs were fed and had water and were always in good condition living their best life. I am currently looking for a at home job to help with the convenience of staying home with my dog and caring for every other animal that would come into my care. I have a fenced yard that my dog loves to run around in. My dog is friendly towards other dogs. He is also neutered and well trained.

As I have recently lost my two doggos loving and caring for your dog would truly be a fulfilling experience for me. Working with dogs quickly became my passion when I entered the field years ago. I specialize in dog whelping, neonatal puppy care. I have vast variety of areas I have become very knowledgeable, and always eagerly continuing education. Your dog will be treated with compassion by someone with an educated and experienced background. I have a flexible schedule and can work with you given enough notice. I own a home on a quarter acre lot with a dog that has served multiple dogs very well over the last almost 15 years. The backyard is dog proofed and provides tons of space for physical activity. I am very conscious of foxtail prevention and ensuring a safe setting. It is incredibly important to me to make sure there is no potential risk of exposure to toxic plants or chemicals. Proper cleanliness and sanitization is a very high priority of mine.

About: I've owned several dogs as an adult and grew up taking care of my family's cats. I now have 3 cats of my own that are the highlight of my day. I'll make sure to follow your schedule for your pet's to the best of my ability, since I understand how important that is to keep them happy. I work part time so I have time to make however many visits you may need! I know how sad my cats get when I'm gone for long periods of time, so I don't mind spending as much time as requested to help your cat feel at home. I understand how hard it is on cats to be put in a boarding environment, so I'll be extremely respectful of your space while caring for your cat.

About: Hello! I’ve been loving and caring for local pets for around 25 yrs. Some pets were young pups and kittens; some were older seniors. I specialize in petsitting at my clients homes. My longest pet sitting job was 3.5 weeks while the owners were in Italy. I have many referrals. I’ve taken care of miniature horses, Friesian horses, and a pig. (We have a lot of rural homes in Auburn area). I’m retired from a construction accounting job. We’re gladly at home most days! My shedule is flexible; if you have an emergency need for pet sitting, I’m your gal. I prefer to petsit at my client’s homes. The animals rather appreciate this. I like to meet the animal(s) before sitting so when I arrive, we have a connection. I give the animals plenty of one-on-one attention. This may include doggy massage to calm them and get to know them. Lots of walks if they like that. Potty Breaks every couple of hours to begin with, as they’re sometimes nervous or have stomach upsets. I’d like to know your favorite names for them, what your routines are, rituals, their favorite things to do. I’ve also stayed with animals after their surgeries to monitor when the owner has to work.

About: Hii there!! I’ve have taken care of many animals my whole life, In 2021 I started working at a boarding facility that loves and accepts fur baby’s of all kinds of personality’s! I love the pups and kitties that are happy to be loved and given attention but am aways ready for a crazy love bug or nervous pup/ a kitty that just needs space or might have spice (I don’t do at home cat boarding). If needed I can provide Nail clipping and grind for dogs! also clips for cats, bunny’s, guinea pig’s, and bearded dragons. My best interest is always your fur baby’s comfort and to not to stress him/her out, I have learned over the years body language of pups and kitties and when what’s going on is to much “how to read the room” I’ve cared for many puppies (preferably when vaccinated) And have dealt with many crazy puppies! I’ve cared for lots of older pups as well, if they need extra care I will always be sure to give them that and the love they need. If your older pup or younger pup needs medication I have been trained on giving medication in food/ treat, pilling, and injections. My weeks are always filled with taking care of Pups and kitties along with my own 4 legged friends and I couldn’t see it any other way, It always makes the day better meeting and getting to love your furry friend! About: As someone who grew up on a farm and winery in the hills of Auburn, caring for animals is nothing foreign to me! Since I could walk I’ve been tending to all sorts of animals, cows, horses, ducks, chickens, birds and of course plenty of dogs and cats. I’ve been a groomer, doggy daycare group leader and trainer for going on five years. I am always eager to find ways to help others take care of their furry friends as it’s always been my passion! I’m working part time at a dog resort as a lodging assistant, groomer, and activities leader. My availability for them is Thursday through Sunday 6-3 however I’m taking a step back from the resort due to driving distance. My other days primarily I am participating in nature walks, river days, rock climbing with friends and working on my music! I’m very energetic and like to be constantly moving! Adventurous to the core For my kitty, she has a schedule. 6 am breakfast, 12 pm lunch, 6pm dinner. If she has medication it’s given first thing in the morning. I de shed her about once a week and get her groomed about every 6 months to a year. She is an outdoor explorer so when I’m taking her out I slip on her harness and collar. I have a travel backpack to take her in for larger adventures too. If I’m gone for longer periods of time I keep her in an enclosed area or have someone care for her.

About: I’ve always owned dogs and cats and I’ve always been an animal lover. My mom asked me what I want to be when I grow up and I said that I want to play the piano for puppies. I can’t play an instrument for the life of me, but I applied myself and went to school to become a Veterinary Assistant. And yes; I bathe my cat before applying flea meditation. Need a weekend getaway or a date night. I’m available on the week days. I am looking for a second job and with my experience this seems like a perfect fit for me. I will follow guidelines/standards set by you! Also, your animal can tell me the when, where, and for how long we should eat, sleep, play, walk, ect.

About: I grew up with two big German Shepherd huskies and now I have a lab and German Shepherd Husky, and Catahula/B Collie I’ve watched pit bulls as well. Some experience with horses and live stock. Work remote in Cool and have very flexible availability, I can take very short notice jobs and I'm only out of town a few days a month I am someone who runs daily so long dog walks will be fun for me. I can also take dogs to parks if that is desired.

About: I love dogs, and I love to walk. I especially love to walk dogs! I'm a reliable, active retiree. My last regular client waited every morning for me to come. We were best buddies! I'm retired, and I'm available to walk on days that I don't volunteer. I prefer to walk in the mornings before it gets too hot for your pup. As a mom of an indoor only cat, I'm especially careful when entering and leaving your home, making sure no fur babies try to bolt out your door. I worked from home prior to retiring, so I understand the need to be respectful of your time and workplace if necessary.

About: My family has owned pets all of my life. Part of the duties for my first high school/college drop included taking care of my bosses four dogs. They included walks, play time, and grooming mainly. I'm not currently working, other than helping with my grandma when she requires, so I have all day free to walk, or play with, or check in, etc with pets. I have a 9 year old cat (Millie) that likes to keep to herself and an 18 month Goldendoodle (Gracie) who is super friendly and LOVES to play. I have a small yard that is not fenced, but a small porch that can be fenced that Gracie likes to hang out on when the weather is nice. I have a large living room with plenty of open space to play in. Plus a variety of walking routes around the house that Gracie loves to go on.

About: I've owned cats for 30+ years and couldn't imagine life without them. When my daughter was young, we volunteered at the local SPCA shelter together. I pet sit for friends and neighbors regularly, both cats and dogs (mostly walking), and can provide references upon request. I am currently taking a course offered by Sierra College related to both feline and canine health and behavior as I believe it will make me both a better sitter and animal owner. I work/volunteer part-time from home with my two rescue cats so have plenty of availability and flexibility during the day to care for your furry babies. I am also a hike leader and love to walk, so would be happy to exercise your dog whenever you cannot. I'm reliable, honest, and happy to help with additional chores such as watering plants and bringing in mail during your absence. I would be prefer to arrange a meet and greet beforehand at no additional charge. My main preference is cat sitting your kitties in their own home. I know with my own cats they do not like to be uprooted when I'm absent. I can drop in several times a day, play with your cats, administer medication orally if needed, and clean litter boxes. I can also check up on your dog and take him/her for a walk during the day if you are at work.

About: I am very passionate about taking care of dogs and cats. I am playful and caring yet patient when it comes to taking care of pets. Always loved being around dogs and cats because they simply create love and laughter in every pet owners lives! Currently I am going to school but it is strictly online so my schedule is very flexible! I do have to pick up my sister and brother from school Wednesday-Friday at 3:30, but before and after 3:30 I am available! I have two cats, and they are only inside cats due to the outside being a dangerous place for them to roam and also more susceptible to diseases.
