About: I am comfortable with all dog breeds, ages, and sizes. I have experience caring for all ages of dogs so i’m comfortable cleaning up messes that they may have. I have fostered a litter of 8 puppies for the Humane Society and have trained my own dogs as well. I can give dogs baths if needed. I have experience staying at other peoples houses to take care of their dogs as well. I have experience walking multiple dogs at once, however I am a small person so I would prefer to only walk one large dog at a time. I am allergic to cats but I also have experience taking care of them. I work 2 jobs part time but have breaks in between shifts so I can stop by in between jobs to let dogs out. I currently work at Petsmart as a dog bather and will be attending academy to become a groomer soon as well! Dogs are my passion and I will love your dogs as if they are my own children too! I am working 2 jobs currently, but I would prefer to be able to be able to just build my career in working with dogs because they are my passion I am very experienced in understanding dog behavior. I have had to be very patient for some of the dogs I care for at work. I have experience with almost all dog breeds as well.

About: What started as a way to avoid getting my daughter a pet of her own has truly turned into a passion for us. We enjoy hosting your fur family in our home. With plenty of room to roam and run in a dog friendly and kennel free home. I work from home making it super easy and convenient for me to care for pets. My schedule allows for plenty of walks and I enjoy the exercise that comes with caring for your pets. Since I spend much of my time at home crating is not necessary. My daughter is 10 so there aren’t any small choking hazards to be weary of. We are able to accommodate crates if that’s the preference. Otherwise the pets we sit have free roam of the house and usually a nice long dog park run to get them good and tired for bed time.

About: 🐾 Meet Your Dog’s New Best Friend! 🐾 Hi! I’m Nicole — a lifelong animal lover with a heart for pups of all sizes and personalities. Whether it’s high-energy walks, belly rubs on the couch, or keeping a nervous dog calm while you’re away, I treat every dog like my own. With years of experience, a gentle approach, and a sixth sense for what dogs need, I make sure your furry best friend feels safe, loved, and cared for every single time. From structured walks to silly playtime, I’m here to give your pet the attention and affection they deserve — rain or shine, tail wags guaranteed! Pet care is a natural part of my daily life—it’s not just something I do, it’s something I genuinely love. Every day includes dedicated time for walking, feeding, playtime, and check-ins, whether I’m caring for my own pets or clients’. I build my schedule around the pets I care for, making sure they receive consistent attention, affection, and structure. On a weekly basis, I stay organized with routines tailored to each animal’s needs, from energetic morning walks to calm evening visits. Pet care brings joy and balance to my routine, and I take pride in being a dependable, loving presence for every pet I meet. In a client’s home, I follow all instructions closely, keep routines consistent, and maintain a clean, secure environment where your pet feels comfortable. I respect your space and make sure your pet gets the love and attention they’re used to—even when you’re away. If pets are in my home, they’re welcomed into a safe, pet-friendly space that’s both cozy and clean. I supervise playtime, use pet-safe products, and provide a peaceful atmosphere to reduce stress. I believe in building trust not just with the pet—but with the owner, too—by staying communicative, responsible, and always treating animals like family.

Marc is the first dog sitter we have ever used. We have a rescue that is slow to make friends & doesn't like most people but Marc won him over on the first visit. Marc has a calm, quiet, confidence that both dogs reacted very well to. Marc is the first non family member to ever watch our dogs and we felt very safe leaving him in charge of dogs and home. Looking forward to being able to go see family and travel again. Marc was an answer to prayer!

Matt is much more than a dog walker, his skills with dog’s go far beyond that. He walked my dog for nearly a couple weeks and he trained my dog to listen to commands which have been so helpful for me. I treasure all his advice and knowledge of dog training and plan on to continue the training, it’s already made life much easier for me. I’m so grateful that I chose him thru Rover!!!!

About: I have been caring for animals since i can remember. I take pride in friends and family counting on me to take care of their loved ones when they cannot be there themselves. My family has always been the ones to bring in stray animals and care for them unconditionally. I want to be able to share my love for animals and make sure their owners are at ease when leaving them as i know animals are not just pets, but family... I will happily adjust to whatever the individual animal needs and wants because i understand not all pets are the same! I am very flexible. I currently operate my own business part time so I will have plenty of time to care for and play with your pets! I am available for booking 7 days a week! I currently live in a very quiet area and do not have any additional animals in the home due to possible boarding accommodations and requests .

About: Ive been taking care of dogs since I was 17 years old and currently have been trained to work with all dogs by trained animal welfare officers here in Oklahoma. I currently work full time and on my free time volunteer with different shelters in the area. I also currently have 3 large dogs and a cat of my own, which pretty much feels like Im running a day care already. One of my dogs has Cushings and because of that, I am experienced in giving dogs medication. Your pets are going to be my number one priority and anything you need done will be done. I am always worried about my pets and always make sure that they are taken care of.

Let me start off, Rayna has been the 3rd pet sitter I’ve used from Rover. I’m so skeptical about having strangers at my home, but I don’t think I have to worry any longer. Rayna, asked valid questions that I forgot to mention at the meet and Greek. She didn’t call or text me while I was out of state. She was prompt on her drop in/out days/times. She took great pictures of my 3 fur babies. I could tell my babies enjoyed her presence from the photos. Im just so grateful I found a reliable sitter. It give me such peace of mind. The last sitter I had called me 3 or more times a day while I was in LA. I panicked every time I saw her name pop up on my phone. I thought the worst. But, not with Rayna… great communication, prompt, attentive, listens and polite. I will be using her again. Thanks Rayna!!

Whether you’re at the office for the day or traveling for a few nights, a pet sitter can offer potty breaks during a Piedmont stroll, cleaning the litter box, or making sure your pet has on-time food or water refills. For daytime services like walking and drop-ins, you can also request sitters to send a report card with every visit.

Tip: You can discuss your specific arrangements with a pet sitter on Rover to what fits you, your pet, and your sitter’s needs. To find what their special skills are, look at the "Skills" and "Pet care experience" sections on their profile.

Key handling is entirely up to you and your sitter to agree on during the Meet & Greet or in the Rover app. Most pet parents in Piedmont choose to hand over a spare key or digital fob in person, while others arrange a lockbox or unique access code. Don't forget to discuss key returns as well!

Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.

To find sitters in Piedmont with recurring or weekly availability, select "Repeat Weekly" and which days you’d like them to care for your pet.

Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Piedmont. On Rover:

  • 93% of sitters can help with special care needs
  • 99% can help with giving oral medications or injections
  • 98% can help with daily exercise

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
