About: I am comfortable with all dog breeds, ages, and sizes. I have experience caring for all ages of dogs so i’m comfortable cleaning up messes that they may have. I have fostered a litter of 8 puppies for the Humane Society and have trained my own dogs as well. I can give dogs baths if needed. I have experience staying at other peoples houses to take care of their dogs as well. I have experience walking multiple dogs at once, however I am a small person so I would prefer to only walk one large dog at a time. About: I have had had dogs my whole life, but I have solely cared for a dog for the past 5 years, who is no longer with me. I have watched and walked dogs for friends and neighbors for years. I am experienced to care for dogs of all sizes and ages! I am currently in medical school. About: I have always had a dog in every phase of my life. I currently have a small black mutt who is 5, loves other dogs, and is very social. I have adopted a 13 year old chihuahua and kept her for a wonderful 5 years before she passed over the rainbow bridge. My fiancé has always had dogs as well and loves them all, more than most humans. About: I have taken care of my Chihuahua-Yorkie mix dog named Chica since I was around 9-10 years old. My parents wanted to get rid of her but I wanted to keep her, which they allowed me to do as long as I took care of her. I have fed, helped potty-trained, bathed, and played with her since then. When I was 17 I got my first dog-sitting job while a family I knew was on vacation for a week. Since then I have taken care of a few different family’s animals while they were gone according to the instructions left for me. I make sure to feed them as early/late as they needed, let them use the bathroom, I slept at their house, and spent enough time with them so that the animal(s) would be happy. I have dog-sat for both small and large dogs. I am currently a full-time student at SNU, but I am able to visit to feed/take care of the animal before my 8 a.m. classes Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (M/W/F), and before my 9 a.m. classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays (T/Th). On Tuesdays and Thursdays I can go check on them after 1:30-2 (again, after my classes are over and I have eaten). I am a little extra busy on Thursdays volunteering from 3-5 at the ROC center, and I am involved in SNU’s student leadership as a Chaplain and have a chapel Thursday nights that will last from 8-10/10:30 (includes set up and clean up). I am also an intern at Lake Overholser first church of the Nazarene, so I am busy on Wednesdays from 4:30-8ish and Sundays from 9-12ish. I am able to check on the animal(s) before and after of all of that, though! If there are extra events for school that I am required to attend in the evening I will communicate that with you :) I have no pets because I live in a dorm, but I have dog-sat for dogs that need to be crated or not crated, and they have all had a fenced in yard. I have sat outside and waited for the dog to use the bathroom and also just let them use the bathroom outside when needed. I once even dog-sat for a small dog that I gave a bone every night that cleaned their teeth and said “Go brush your teeth!” in order for her to go to her crate and go to bed.
