I currently have a cat named Jinx and I’ve always had animals in my home. pets just make everything better. Your pet gets lots of lovns attention and a calm environment at my place or I’ll bring that same energy to yours. walks, playtime, cuddles, whatever they need

About: I've taken care of dogs and had dogs of my own since I was about 5 years old. I have also had dogs in a variety of environments from city living to farm living. I've trained all my dogs from puppy to adulthood and have extensive volunteer experience at a range of animal shelters. As an adult, neighbors and family consistently rely on me to watch over their dogs whenever needed. I'm currently working from home and only leave during the week to run short errands so your dog will get plenty of time with me. I also take time out of my day to play with my own dogs so of course any visiting dog would get the same care and attention. I have quite the large yard that is fenced on one side, however I do have a running line with a spring for safety that runs the whole length of the yard allowing both my dogs and yours to get plenty of playing time and exercise. The two pets I own can be crated but they are both very friendly and enjoy having extra playmates.
About: I’m patient, dependable, and love dogs of all sizes. My family has had dogs since I was 10, so I’ve grown up helping care for them. I have experience with puppies, feeding, enrichment, playtime, and making sure they get the attention they need. I have two dogs of my own, Finn and Oakley, and I love spending time with them. I’ve even taught my puppy a few tricks and would love to keep learning more about dog training. I know every pet has their own personality and routine, and I’ll do my best to make them feel comfortable while you’re away. I also have experience caring for amphibians, fish, and reptiles, so I’m happy to look after more than just dogs and cats. I’m not currently working, so I have a very flexible schedule and plenty of time to care for your pets. I have reliable transportation and am available most weekdays and weekends. I don’t offer boarding in my home, but I’m happy to care for your pets in yours. I’ll treat your home with respect by keeping it clean, secure, and following your pet’s routine. My goal is to make sure your pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away!
About: I’ve been caring for animals for over 10 years and have experience with all kinds of pets and personalities, from puppies and senior dogs to shy cats and even more unique pets. I currently have dogs, cats, and pigeons, and have also owned a small homestead with chickens, goats, and donkeys. I am pet CPR and first aid certified and always prioritize safety while making sure your pets feel comfortable and cared for. I have many repeat clients and references, and I truly love building lasting relationships with both pets and their owners. I’m also happy to help with additional needs like pet taxi services, including vet appointments, grooming visits, and park outings. Whether your pet needs playtime, patience, or just a calm and loving presence, I’ll always adjust my care to what makes them feel happiest and most at ease. I work part time at a pet grooming salon, which allows me to maintain a flexible and dependable schedule for pet care throughout the week. I offer drop in visits, walks, and select overnight stays based on your needs. I am available on weekdays and most weekends, and I take pride in being reliable, attentive, and easy to communicate with. My goal is to provide consistent care and thoughtful updates so you can feel completely at ease while you are away. I prioritize your pet’s safety, comfort, and routine in every visit. I take the time to understand their personality, preferences, and any specific instructions so they feel calm and cared for while you are away. In your home, I maintain a consistent routine to help reduce stress and keep your pet comfortable. About: If you asked anyone that knows me to describe me, they’d definitely mention my love of animals! I grew up with pets and for me, they’re a huge part of what makes a house a home. They are part of the family and are treated as such in my care. Since childhood, I’ve cared for dogs, cats, horses, rats, snakes, volunteered at shelters, fostered dogs and cared for neighborhood strays. Special experience includes pet training using positive reinforcement, potty training puppies, poodle coat care, caring for special needs and elderly pets. I work remotely from home, so I’m able to be here for my babies and yours. I can provide your pet with frequent potty and play breaks! Your pups will enjoy frequent, supervised, play sessions with my dog in my large, fenced yard (8ft on one side and 6ft on others). Puppies learning house training will be crated or baby gated in my office with me while I work with frequent potty breaks and play sessions. I accept only one client at a time to make sure everyone is getting the same love, attention, and supervision they’d have at home!

I do not provide services in my home, but I do provide exceptional services in my clients homes. Whatever the routine is based off of to best suite the pets needs.

About: Hi there! I've grown up with dogs all my life. I currently have my rescue love pitbull Duke, and I've fostered dogs of many kinds through a local animal rescue sanctuary. I am comfortable with all dog breeds and sizes. I am happy to run with dogs or play games in the backyard. Just like humans, I believe it is important for dogs to get fresh air and exercise every day. I am happy to help meet this need for your best friend. My husband and I work full time but have flexible schedules. Our dog is let out every 4-6 hours so you can expect the same for yours. Our backyard is fenced, and our house is set up so that we can separate your dog from ours if they need time to decompress. Dogs are allowed on furniture if they mind their manners. No kids, smoking or toxic plants.
About: I’ve had a cat or at least one dog most of my life. I have no children so my pets are my kids. I lost my beloved pooch during lockdown and now have a cat. I take care of several friend’s dogs (and horse and cows!) when they are away. I would love to take care of your pet family members! I’m in my late 50’s, have a professional job and am extremely reliable. I do work but I can vary my start time or my lunch hour in order to care for your pet. I could stay with your pet in your home or stop by before work or at lunch for a quick walk. After work and on weekends I could stay longer and walk or play- or just sit with them in my lap. I will feed and water, play with your pets, walk them, sit and love on them - whatever your pet loves the most. I have a close friend that kept my dog (and now keeps my cat) when I travel. I love knowing my pets were getting care, love, and attention. I want to provide that to others as well. If you crate your dog, I’m comfortable taking them out and re-crating them. I’m happy to provide references. :)
“Amanda was immediately willing to care for our dogs on a very short notice when we had an emergency. She made sure they were one less thing we needed to think about on that day. She also wrote a funny report of the visit and sent hilarious picture of our pups to raise our spirits! I can’t recommend her enough!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Warr Acres
Cassidy provided drop in visits for our 2 dogs! She sent pictures daily and provided updates to us on what they did while she was over. She is going to be house/pet sitting for us soon and we feel at ease because she is reliable, responsible and good to our pets. Thanks Cassidy!

Savannah was able to help us out in a bind on short notice. Having used her in the past, her familiarity with the dogs made for an easy and stress free visit for our dogs and our peace of mind. Our biggest problem with Savannah, it seems everyone is figuring out she is GREAT and her schedule fills up quickly!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
