“Kaia is great! We boarded our 3 month old baby Schnauzer Leo for 4 days and he was a very happy camper. Kaia responded promptly to all our questions, scheduled a meet a greet before the actual boarding dates and she also stayed in touch with us and sent updates and pictures during the stay. Great experience overall and our pup returned to us happy and healthy.”

She sent photos and videos throughout his stay, which gave me so much peace of mind. I could tell immediately when Greyson came home that he had been in great hands. His behavior was noticeably different in the best way—he was happy, energetic, and relaxed. I’ve taken him to multiple sitters and boarding places through Rover before, and he usually comes back feeling lethargic. This time was completely different. You could really tell he was loved and well cared for. One of my favorite moments was seeing photos of him sitting by the fireplace, it truly felt like he was at home.”

She answered our contact request the same day and set up a meet and greet for the next day. She was patient and listened intently during the meet and greet, asking all the right questions that we hadn't even thought to bring up. Her dogs Barkley and Ginercookie are both patient and respectful as well! Marianne boarded Geo for several nights and each day she sent us photos and messages about how he was doing. She always responded to our questions and was very reassuring! This was our first time boarding Geo and Marianne was a WONDERFUL experience! We feel really lucky to have met her on Rover and will definitely be looking to her again in the future if we need to board Geo again!”
