About: I am reliable and make sure to take care of any individual pet. I love hanging out with dogs, making sure they’re active, happy, and cared for. I have experience in watching dogs over night in their homes, as well check on dogs if their owner are away on vacation. Dogs can get lonely when their owners are away working or traveling, which is why I love to dogsit when needed! I am a full-time college, so weekends including Friday afternoons are my best times. If I have free time when not busy with academics, I can dog sit in the afternoon/evenings. I make sure dogs have food and water! I live in a house with a big yard that is front and back, very spacious for dogs to run around and sniff around!

About: I have taken care of all types of animals all my life. I have owned and taken care of dogs, cats, cows, chickens, hamsters, and fish throughout my life. I love all types of animals, but especially dogs. I completed an animal behavior course that focuses on dogs to better understand and interact with dogs. Also, I have completed training with all of my dogs, but most recently my Portuguese Water Dog. My neighbors and friends rely on me to watch and walk their dogs frequently. I am currently working part time so I am able to look after and walk pups in the evenings and mornings, as well as nights. Leaving my dog for the first time was something I was incredibly nervous about. He has always stayed with family, and the one time I boarded him before, he really struggled. So leaving him at home for 6 days and trusting someone new to care for both him and my cat was a huge step for me. Lucy was wonderful and took excellent care of my babies. She stayed overnight the first night and then came by consistently throughout each day to check on them, give medications, take my dog on walks, and even brushed him. My cat is very shy and doesn’t come out for most people. Lucy worked gently to get him comfortable with her. By the last couple of days he was really coming around! Still keeping some distance, but her gentle persistence was working. It is obvious that Lucy cares about their comfort. I really appreciated the constant updates and photos. They gave me so much peace of mind and allowed me to actually relax while I was away. My dog was so much happier being able to stay in his own home, and my cat also did much better having his bestie there and someone coming in regularly. I truly could not have asked for a better first time experience. I highly recommend Lucy and will absolutely use her again in the future.
Emmie did a fabulous job watching our two needy dogs while we went on a 7 day cruise. She was very helpful and communicative and even cleaned up our little chiweenie’s potty accidents for us.
