I have cared for Animals from puppy/kittyhood to geriatric age. I am retired and when you book me for a house sitting know that I will stay with your fur baby from the time you leave until the time you return.I have been with some animals as pass over the rainbow bridge and have comforted the fur parent. I have administered medicine including insulin to animals. Having a nursing background helps with giving meds. I am a retired RN. I am reliable and caring. Your dogs will have plenty of play time ,nice walks and lots of cuddles. If your cat is anything like mine they will let you know when they are done playing I have a large fenced in yard. Simara enjoys running and playing keep away with her orange football. Obi likes to walk the perimeter. If the owner does not have a yard I will bring the dog to my house to run the fenced yard. About: Hi! My goal is to make sure your pet is safe and comfortable while getting the best form of care I can provide. Growing up with animals, especially dogs, has taught how to be a patient and caring person. I’ve built a relationship with my own dog off of trust and want to do the same while caring for your pupper! I’m a focused and detail oriented person and will work to ensure all your specific needs are met. Currently I’m working part time, so I have a flexible and pretty open schedule to take care of your pets. I’m also good with last minute changes and can easily switch around my schedule for what works best for you! I live in a small town with plenty of areas to walk dogs and I also have a fenced in back yard. I have one dog and two cats that do well around other animals, as well as a trustworthy vehicle to take me to your location.

About: I was a pre-vet student for 2.5 years before deciding to switch to humans. I had dogs from birth until I was 17 when my family dog passed away. I currently own 3 cats and 2 chinchillas! I grew up with a Husky, German Shepherd, and Collie so I am super comfortable with big dogs! I live in a smaller apartment so for me to own/host a dog would be unfair to the dog, but I would love to be able to walk/run and play with dogs of all sizes. I grew up with a dog who was on medication and special food so I am good with handling restricted diets, restricted activities, nail trimmings, and giving any kind of medications. I am currently free any day of the week due to being in maternity leave until September when I return to work part time as a nurse. I follow the rules the owner informed me of. If they require special care I will provide that care. Will keep the secure on leash/harness and keep an eye on them when outside. I leave your home as if I was never there so you don’t come back to any type of mess. I typically bring all of my own food and toiletries.

“Teri was awesome! Her services were very helpful and she took great care of my pup. I couldn’t recommend her more for anyone looking to trust someone with their animals. She is very genuine and down to earth. I knew right away that I could count on her!”

About: In 2019, I started my journey foster raising puppies for PAWS with a Cause, an organization that custom trains service dogs. I raised 4 PAWS dogs, keeping them from 8 weeks to a year old. My first 2 actually became certified service dogs! In between fostering, I also raised 2 keeper puppies of my own. I have a female 4 year old lab, a female 1 year old golden, and a male chocolate lab puppy who came home with us at the end of June. Safe to say I'm addicted. I work remotely which gives me the flexibility to take my dogs out as they need. I go into the office on Tuesdays for a full day, however, I am able to take a long lunch if needed to take dogs out. I have a fenced yard and 3 friendly dogs at home. I have crate-trained dogs. I have taken my own babies to countless dog training classes, picking up a lot of knowledge of dog behavior.

About: I have been pet sitting for over 8 years now. I have experience with all kinds of animals including fish, turtles, snakes, rabbits, ferrets, rats, birds, cats and dogs! I love animals of all shapes and size and would be happy to take care of your babies when you need me. I am available everyday and if for some reason I can’t, my husband can always help out. We have a big Great Dane/Heeler mix 70 lb pup, and a few cats. We are animal lovers :) I work part time and rotate schedules with my fiancé so if I can’t make it, he can. We are almost always available for you. I unfortunately can not take dogs into my home, my dog was in an abusive home prior to us and is dog aggressive. I am more than happy to come to you and am always respectful of my clients space.

About: Hey there! I'm a college student with years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of all breeds, sizes, and personalities, as well as domestic cats and even wild ones🐆 I've raised dogs myself (including my own husky) and also worked with animals through school, jobs, and volunteer roles. Whether it's a big floof, a tiny gremlin, or a spicy feline, I've got the patience, knowledge, and love to care for them like my own. Because I'm balancing two jobs and classes, I'm best for one-off help, like drop ins or quick walks. Especially on evenings and weekends. Im relieve, communicative, and always down to send pupdates or silly pet pics! Currently a full time college student with full course load and 2 jobs. I conveniently live right in East Lansing though and have my own car so can squeeze drop in and walks here and there. I am respectful towards others property and will only utilize equipment (cages, leashes, muzzles, etc.) with permission of the animals owner and only when necessary.

“Colleen has been an absolute joy to have watch our new puppy! She is punctual, respectful, loving and kind to our little one. She is always finding him new ways to enjoy the world when we can’t be there because of work. She definitely is more than just a dog walker, she cares about him being a good puppy and about his enrichment. It’s nice knowing that my baby is being taken care of by Colleen. Highly recommend, she’s awesome!”

About: I've worked with and taken care of animals at every point in my life, both professionally and personally. I've worked in dog daycare facilities and The Humane Society as well as a few pet stores! Along with dogs and cats, I have knowledge of smaller mammals, birds and reptiles (that's Morla in some of my pictures, a Sulcata tortoise). As a part time worker from home, I have plenty of time to spend with your furry friends! Fitting in time throughout the day (or night) will never be a problem. Whether dropping in for a midday visit or for a nice walk, I can do my best to get out the built up energy your fur friend may have. Playing fetch or tug, or even a long belly rub! While I do not have a fenced yard, play and exercise is possible with longer leads and walks around the property. Plenty of playtime and exploration inside and out!

About: I grew up with pets in our household. I worked as a veterinary assistant for approximately 10+ years. We rescued two puppies, brothers, at 11 weeks; Harley & Davidson. We lost our Davidson about 4 years ago. I've watched my daughter's dogs on many occasions. Harley was their first, unfortunately he has since passed. They now have King, a pit bull they rescued, He's a cutie!! I'm comfortable with all breeds, all sizes, and most species. Yes, I can visit with your cat(s), bunny, bird, guinea pig, hamster etc. Unfortunately, I’m not familiar with reptiles, for this reason, I’m not comfortable taking care of them. I will accommodate any activities for your pet per your request and based on your pets age. We can swim, play fetch, or just hang outside under a tree for some fresh air, I'm their person. Whatever makes them happy!! I look forward to meeting you and your furry friend(s)!

“Alexia has loved and cared for our puppy and cat and has a wealth of knowledge that we have relied on multiple times. As a Pet Mom to 3 pets in addition to the experience of raising and training assistance dogs for Paws With A Cause, she is very experienced caring for and loving the important members of our fur family. She has a calm demeanor and we trust her, completely, to handle any situation that arises.”

Cheyenne V.
“Cheyenne has come to my home to watch my puppy three-four evenings a week for the last 7 months and I couldn’t be happier with the work she does! She always texts when she arrives and when she leaves, letting me know exactly what happens during her visit. She is extremely flexible with my schedule, she has even made a same-day visit with only an hour notice when my schedule changed. I also always come home to a clean house — all the toys are put back in the bin. She even works on training him during her time here. I completely trust her coming into my house and watching my puppy when I am gone and would highly recommend her to anyone!”

Jade H.
“Jade takes good care of my little shiba inu Bentley, being a shiba he is EXTRA sassy in his every day life,is more stubborn then most dogs,as well as needing to be let out frequently just because he wants to be outside. but jade is always patient with him and had made Bentley like her. If jade can control a stubborn shiba and has the Patients to do so I think that makes her a great pet sitter little Bentley really likes jade”

Sawyer B.
“Sawyer took care of my elderly German Shepherd, Kitzi, when we did some summer weekend traveling. She needed help up the stairs of our deck after going potty as her back legs were starting to lose function and she needed assistance going up. He also dispensed her medication daily. He was understanding that she has a big, harmless bark. He also vacuumed for us as she was a terrible shedder that needed twice a day vacuuming of the hardwood floors. I recommend Sawyer to care for your pets.”

Lihi R.
“Lihi is one of the few people I trust with my animals. Having my dogs taken care of by Lihi is truly peace of mind for me. For my dogs she is an extension of my family, sometimes I think they actually prefer her. She is so pleasant professional and you and your dog will not be disappointed with her.”

“I have to open by saying that Darlene is my wife. That being said my perspective is my own!!! I have had dogs all my life (over 50 years), I have NEVER met someone with sooo much passion and attention to our furry loved ones as her!!!! A quality that is reflected in both of her daughters as well. With a background in working in a vets office has also given her a perspective of health issues that a dog may have. She always gives them her full attention and communicates so well with dogs!!! She has taught me so much more than I ever really knew about dogs before I met her!!!! A perfect choice to make you feel, your dog is safe and in good hands!!!!!”
