About: My first experience starts with our family dog, Dilly, a llapso apso my parents adopted when I was 10. I was responsible for dog walks and running him around the golf course every night. When I moved out, I adopted a shih tzu named Ozzy. He is nearly 16 years old now. I volunteered in animal rescue fostering many dogs and cats, which included aiding in administering medications and immunizations if needed. I also assisted in transporting as needed. During this time period, I started online studies for dog training. I successfully completed this program in 2014. In 2018 I started working for invisible fence brand as a pet trainer. In 2021 I decided to expand my knowledge further and enrolled back in school. As of 2022 I am a certified dog groomer. This course required 150 hours of hands-on experience. I am still employed with Invisible Fence. I have 3 dogs of my own. Ozzy, Bear (9 year old cattle dog mix) and Moose (6 year old Newfoundland). I am employed fulltime with Invisible Fence brand. In the winter, my hours drop drastically. I will be able to assist any Monday and every other Tuesday. I may be able to drop in during the weekdays after work if my hours are shorter. This is to supplement my hours. In my years working with dogs and cats, I have taken a handful of courses devoted to animal safety and health. I will treat your pets as my own family. If I am not familiar with something, I will make sure to ask. I want nothing but the best for your pets and can happily accommodate to most requests.

About: I grew up and still live on a farm. I have kept dogs, cats, chickens, turkeys, rabbits, etc. throughout my life. I will care for your animals as if they were my own. I work from home and know how frustrating it can be to worry about your pets while on vacation. I will send photos and videos of your fur family while you're away so you can stay in touch while you're away. My preference is to care for your fur family in a comfortable environment, their normal home. I am happy to host your fur family in my home, but I already have 2 small dogs, so I think they would be more comfortable if I came to them.

About: If you use talking dog boards ( not provided) or have any additional training needs I am happy to include that with booking. At age 12 I started volunteering for Leader Dog of the Blind and Paws With A Cause training career service dogs. I have trained numerous dog and have over 20yrs of experience. When boarding dogs I take in consideration breeds, personalities, age & special needs. I provide shorter walks and shorter play times with older or special need dogs. I also rotate one on one time with the dogs I am boarding. Each stay I provide 1-2 walks per day and outdoor play times. I provide training with the dogs free of charge. Some examples are walking calmly, eye contact, and waiting calmly. I view dog boarding as a "Doggy Arb&B" & do my best to incorporate outings such as a walk to get pup cups in the summer. In colder months I provide nights by the fire with stuffed bones. Or I make all natural homemade dog treats in my experience the dogs enjoy laying in the kitchen while I make them. And of course provide lots of love & cuddles free of charge! am taking boarding, drop in visits, and other pet services. I have a fenced in backyard. Daily walks and play times are given throughout day. On weekends I am outside most days . The dog/s can enjoy ice bowls, kiddie, pool, and shade in the backyard. My son & view dog boarding as a doggy ARB & B. They are on vacation too. In the summer months their last night of boarding they get a special walk to the ice cream store to enjoy a pup cup & extra one on one time.

About: Hi! My goal is to make sure your pet is safe and comfortable while getting the best form of care I can provide. Growing up with animals, especially dogs, has taught how to be a patient and caring person. I’ve built a relationship with my own dog off of trust and want to do the same while caring for your pupper! I’m a focused and detail oriented person and will work to ensure all your specific needs are met. Currently I’m working part time, so I have a flexible and pretty open schedule to take care of your pets. I’m also good with last minute changes and can easily switch around my schedule for what works best for you! I live in a small town with plenty of areas to walk dogs and I also have a fenced in back yard. I have one dog and two cats that do well around other animals, as well as a trustworthy vehicle to take me to your location.
15. Carly P.

About: I've owned pets of all kinds starting as a child! Animals bring me incredible joy, and I'd love to bring that joy into your home when I watch yours! I've owned, rescued and loved cats, dogs, rabbits, ducks, raccoons, birds, and squirrels! I currently own 4 cats, all of which were rescues. Two of them brother and sister who I hand raised and bottle fed. I also have 3 dogs, A gaggle a blue heelers, so I'm especially used to high energy pups. Though they very recently left my care due to a separation. I take great pride in the attention to detail I give to the animals in my care. I'm experienced in giving all kinds of medications, to both dogs and cats. In fact, one of my own kitties has kidney disease, and I've been managing his treatment and care 100% alone. Cooking him three meals a day, hand feeding, administering any medications needed, and even giving him at-home subcutaneous fluids. But as always, let's please communicate about the details of your pet beforehand if any special care is needed so we can make sure we're a great fit for eachother! I'm a corporate professional who is very fortunate to work from home, and has really great control of their schedule! So I can very likely work my schedule around your needs! For those whose pets I will be dropping in on to feed or walk, I take great care in making sure instructions are followed, and all the needs of your pets are met! I have an abundance of love to give, so rest assured that they'll get as many scritches as they can handle, and as much fulfillment as I can give while I'm there. I know what it's like to have to leave your fur-family alone, and I'll do everything I can to make this time a positive one for them, and you! I also offer cat boarding, which seems rarely offered. I wanted to offer this because I myself have been in a situation where I've needed this service, and I've never found a place that offers it, and it was absolutely so stressful so try and find a solution! For the kitties that stay with me, I have a completely separate spot in my house that I will have them stay in, since I have kitties of my own. The previous owner of my house actually had this section designed as an in-home salon, so it has a completely separate entrance into my home. As cat owners, we know how sensitive and stressed they can get, and introducing cats to other new cats just adds more unnecessary stress. This separate entrance and room allows for a stress free, safe environment that's large and clean to play and hang in, all to themselves! They will have their own sanitized, fresh litter, litterbox at the ready for them. No need to have to haul your own supplies here! Just bring any food and treats (or any special toys or blankets that you feel might be good things for them to enjoy their stay better, or be more at ease!) Your pets must be fully vaccinated in order to come stay, so please be ready to show proof of up to date vaccinations prior to any boarding bookings. This is for the safety of both your fur babies and mine.

About: I've had a dog for the past 5 years ( shiloh ) she's a German Shepard! She is wonderfully and well trained also is fixed. she does love to greet people so she might jump. I've also dog sat for many years as well and I worked for a dog company back in 2017 where I took care of daily task as well as medical needs when necessary, and worked along side pregnant and and birthing mothers. I have had a couple cats growing up, none to call my own though. So I am also acquainted with the care of cats and kittens as well as shiloh was raised around all types of animals and children of various ages so we are comfortable saying there should be no issues with her. However we can make other accommodation for her if you don't feel comfortable with another animal in the home. One final note I have 2 children a 1 year old and a 3 year old. I hope you enjoy my profile and to hear from you soon! I have a 5 year old German Shepard who lives full time with me and my children at home. I know how to give medication, shots aswell as cut nails and bathe but I do not feel comfortable trimming or giving the dogs a hair cut. I don't have a fence, i do have a little yard but I have harnesses and leads to walk and take the dogs out side to play. I do have a crate available if needed my dog is trained as well as crate trained. Shiloh ( my dog ) love the company of other fur babies to run around as play with. My two children are also in love with animals but I do have a vary large second living room and attached mud room that I can limit off for dog access if it would make having a dog stay here more comfortable due them not being used to children!

About: I’ve owned several different kinds of dogs from big to small. I have 9+ years of experience pet sitting for neighbors and relatives. I am studying Animal Science at Michigan State University because animals are my passion and this would be a great way to exercise my love for them and earn some extra money! I am willing to go above and beyond for your pet(s). I currently work an extremely flexible part time job at a golf course so I am extremely open with days and times needed for pet sitting. Pets are family, therefore they should be treated that way! Due to my extensive experience with a wide range of species of pets, I am extremely familiar with what it takes to keep pets safe and comfortable. I have taken college courses in animal behavior, therefore I am extremely familiar with reading an animal’s body language and interpreting that.
