Joe was willing and able to take our Rosie for the day with only a few days’ notice, which was a huge help to us (we were in a bind!). He was very communicative, took great care of our dog, and sent us some really cute photos and updates. He made sure Rosie had a wonderful day despite all the gray and rainy weather. I’m so grateful! My family also has solid experience with senior pets. I have had many and varied pets over the years: cats, dogs, hamsters, gerbils, Guinea pigs, birds and have loved them all! Sincerely, I am a full time stay at home caregiver for my dad who is partially paralyzed. I am able to always be available to your pets in my home. I am able to let your dogs run free in my fenced-in and private back yard and I can walk them daily or more around my pet friendly neighborhood.

About: I’ve taken care of pets for friends and family since I was a kid. I love all animals, especially dogs and cats. I can’t walk past a dog on the street without asking politely to pet them! Two years ago I rescued my dog, Stanley, who is a 24 lb terrier mix. He was abused and took a very long time to warm up, but after a lot of patience and love he’s now thriving and the best boy. I learned a lot with Stanley and feel equipped to work with shyer dogs. Stanley also likes hanging out with other dogs and would enjoy some company around the house! I currently work from home full time, so my availability is flexible. Stanley and I would be happy to have you hang out with us at my place (I’d recommend a meet and greet first). Or, I could stay at your place with your pet if that’s better for them, as long as I can have access to the WiFi so I can work. I live close to a nature trail that I take Stanley on daily, and we’re very familiar with the neighborhood. I can take frequent walk breaks and crate your pet if needed.

About: What sets me apart is my lifelong love and natural connection with animals. From a young age, I’ve always been drawn to caring for pets and treating them as if they were my own. I currently share my home with two cats and a dog that I adore, and I’m also the trusted go-to sitter for friends and family whenever they need reliable care. Beyond personal experience, I’ve fostered two rescue dogs through a nonprofit, which gave me valuable insight into different temperaments and needs. I have hands-on experience with puppies, senior dogs, and a wide variety of breeds, so I understand the unique care each stage of life requires. My priority is always to provide safe, loving, and dependable care that gives owners peace of mind while keeping pets happy and comfortable Even though I work full-time from home, I have lots of flexibility in my schedule. I’m available early morning prior to 7AM and after 4 PM on weekdays, plus mornings and/or evenings on the weekends, so I have plenty of time to give your pups the attention, playtime, and care they deserve. In my home, pets have plenty of space to play and relax, including a large fenced-in backyard for safe outdoor time. Before welcoming any pet into my home, I always arrange a meet-and-greet to ensure they are a good fit with my own dog and cats, as their comfort and safety are my top priority. In a client’s home, I focus on keeping pets in their normal routine—providing walks, playtime, meals, and lots of attention—so they feel secure and cared for while you’re away.
