He was very welcoming and obviously loves dogs. After our meet a week before our vacation , I and my family felt completely at ease leaving Bear with Tyler. “Poppy was so well cared for during her stay with Natasha and her family. I felt very comfortable leaving her in their care and know she got lots of love and attention! Omg! Natasha saved us when our sitter canceled with 2 days notice on a week long booking for a dog, puppy, and cat. She responded immediately after I reached out, came over the same day to meet us and even helped me find a number to contact Rover for a full refund of the other sitter. Natasha and her family took such good care of our fur babies. She sent pics every day and gave updates constantly.we even got a puppy photo shoot from her!!! Not only that, but I feel like I met a kindred spirit meeting her. She is such a sweet loving person & I’m so glad things didn’t work out with the first booking! We will absolutely be using her for future trips and plan on telling everyone about her! I could never thank her enough for helping us out on such short notice and being such an amazing sitter. 💗
Our 10 month old puppy had a great time at camp Gina, as we affectionately call her place. There were playful dogs to keep him busy and a swimming pool just for the dogs. It was the first time we left our puppy with someone else and we couldn’t have made a better choice.
Truly our dogs are our fur children and leaving them with anyone causes hesitation and Rafael understood that concern. Rafael and his family were absolutely amazing with Giotto. Photographs and updates were sent. The response time for any questions I had was immediate. The transition home was almost painless - it was almost like Giotto had found a second home. I will be using him again for both short- and long-term visits.
I feel so fortunate to have found Tyler to care for my very active and rambunctious 9- month old golden retriever. Tyler is very dog savvy and understood the challenges he had. He walked my dog several times a day meeting new people and dogs. Just the kind of socialization a young dog needs. I loved the daily updates and pictures Tyler sent. My dog seemed to be having such a good time, I doubt he missed me at all.
