I have been a cat foster for several years and have cared for over 100 cats/kittens with varying needs and behaviors. I’m comfortable giving meds if needed (I’m even familiar with kitty inhalers). I have an Aussie mix now, and we stay active with walks, hiking, and of course fetch. I’m available for walks, drop-in visits, and house sitting. About: I have taken care of 3 dogs since the age of 11 as my family pets. Since moving out on my own, I have an Australian shepherd and an orange kitten that have become my world! I have dog sat/cat sat for friends and family, walked, fed, played, and loved them as if they were my own! I currently work full time night shift in Albany, NY Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday nights. I am free all day Wednesday through Saturday but, am willing to work out certain hours Sunday-Tuesday if needed! I love to walk dogs! On the road, I am always cautious of cars, people, and even other dogs. If your pet prefers to stay close to home, playing outside is what we will do. I am always putting the pet's needs and comfort before anything else!

We have never used a professional pet sitting service before and Glenn and Diana provided us with not only did they provide excellent pet care, but they were extremely flexible with several last minute schedule changes. They also helped us navigate the Rover app to help correct errors on our part as well as giving our dog some short training sessions with sit, down, and stay while they were spending time with her. Glenn and Diana played a lot of fetch with the dog and gave our cat tons of attention too. Great sitters who really put us at ease! We highly recommend them and Rover!”

About: Hello all! My name is Carly. I am from Connecticut originally and have been living in the Capital district for about two years now. When I was back in home state, I had been sitting for about 8 years on and off and grew up taking care of all types. I used to have my own business called CA Pet Services doing pet sitting during my free time. I have taken care of all types of animals, large and small. I love meeting new furry friends and enjoy spending time getting to know them and giving them all the affection they deserve. Each animal that is under my care will get endless amounts of love and enjoyment. I want each dog or cat to feel safe, relaxed, and to feel that homey sensation when I take care of them. I do not care for pets in my own home because I do have my own dog that is selective with others as he is in his senior age. If or when I do go to a clients, I respect all of the clients wishes and requests for their pet. The animal will be taken care of with thee upmost best care, as it is very hard to find reliable caretakers for our fur children.

About: I’ve had and worked with dogs for the last 10 years, both my own and at my workplace. I’ve managed a doggie daycare/ boarding kennel at the animal hospital I work at for the last 3 years. I’m educated and confident in my ability to administer medications, including insulin and oral medications. I am knowledgeable on dog behavior and body language, which I believe is extremely important for handling all animals. I absolutely love my senior pups and puppies alike, I believe certain dogs require different attention and I’m confident in my ability to provide that. I currently work full time, but am able to make early morning walks or check ins for my local area, same goes for lunch drop bys or short walks. My mid afternoons, evenings, and weekends are all entirely free for caring for your fur babies. It’s not always easy to find someone to trust with your precious fur babies, but my services come with a high level of respect, responsibility and confidence.
