“Mindy is an amazing individual. She is the ultimate pet lover. She found my dog at a shelter. He needed a forever home after a lifetime of abuse. We went with her to visit him and made him ours with her help. She is still in his life and loves him like her own. Anyone would be lucky to have her in their pets life. She is a true pet lover and the pets just adore her. Don’t know what I would do without her help in caring for our fur baby. Love her.”

About: My name is Brandon. I live with my wife Sarah, our daughter Abigail, our son Finn and our three dogs; Lucy, Winnie, and Leroy. After a long break from from pet sitting on Rover, we are ready to hop back in and meet your pet sitting needs. Sarah and I have been pet owners our entire lives and we both have a great passion for animals. Our daughter and son are developing that same passion herself. Our home offers two acres of mixed grass and wooded lot with trails. We also have permission to access an additional 40 acres of corn field and wooded trails behind our property that we utilize on a regular basis. Our yard is not fenced in however, so your dog will be walked on a leash. The house itself is just under 2,000 sq ft. It offers plenty of additional space for the dogs to play indoors or find a quiet place to hang out. Our weekends are dedicated to our son, daughter and our dogs. Your dog will not be an exception to this rule. They will be treated like family in our home. They will have plenty of freedom to play with other dogs, relax on the couch, or exercise outside supervised. We have few restrictions on our pets at home. They have free range of the house and are permitted on the furniture. At night we prefer to kennel our dogs as well as our doggy guests. However, we are fully open to other arrangements. Since we do have a young child in the home, it is preferred that your dog gets along well with children in order to maximize your dogs freedom during their stay. If they are not huge fans of children we would need to keep them in separate locations in the home. We have a wide range of kennel sizes available if needed so no need to send your dog with one. We are also willing to ease the burden on you with a pick up and drop off service for a small additional fee. Both Sarah and I have experience with puppies, older dogs, timid dogs, hyper dogs and those that require special medical attention or medication. Please do not be afraid or embarrassed to send your dog our way. Whether they are an obedient, house trained dog or a hyper, mischievous dog still working on house breaking, we have a place for them at our home. No need to feel that you will be judged here. We know how important it is to know how your pet is doing while you are away and are more than happy to provide updates and photos on a regular basis throughout your pet's stay. Our dogs wake up at 5 am with us for feeding. They are alone from 8:30 to 3 Monday thru Wednesday. Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday one of us works from home and are present in the home all day. Our three dogs are extremely welcoming of new guests. We have frequent K9 visitors. We do not have a fenced in yard at this time so all potty breaks and exercise will be done on a leash.
