“I'm new to rover and was very nervous about leaving my dog with someone I had never met. As soon as I met Megan for a meet and greet that nervousness melted away. Megan and her dogs greeted us outside and I could tell right away she has a heart of gold. Her animals were happy, healthy and well cared for which also put my mind at ease. I even met her child who was very sweet and kind to my dog. Megan was very flexible and accommodating to my hectic work schedule. She sent me pictures throughout the day and I could see my dog was happy and having fun with his new people and cat and dog friends. This was a great first experience using rover and I have already booked another day with Megan this week. Highly recommend!”

About: I have 15 years experience caring for dogs of all ages and sizes, as well as small animals and exotics. I foster dogs for a breed specific rescue, with medical and severe behavioral issues so I’ve seen it all. (Dog and human aggression ect…) If dogs are boarding in my home they must be crate trained and/or fully dog and cat friendly. We can always work something out, message me! I do not board cats but would be happy to stop by and spend some time with them. I’m home full time right now! I may go out for a couple hours for dog walking, but other than that someone is always here. We have a spare room if they need their own space. We have lots of experience fostering and crate/ rotate. We always make sure to spend equal quality time with each dog. If I am caring for your pets at your home I will spend the night there with them.

About: I've taken care of dogs since little, my babysitter at the time had two dogs, I helped by feeding them and cuddling with them. I also have a cat that lives at my parent's home. He's been with us for about 5-6 years. I took great care of him! Pet care is something I build into my everyday routine. I love spending time with animals, so walks, feeding, playtime, and giving them attention throughout the day comes naturally to me. About: I have taken care of animals my whole life. Been boarding and running daycare full time for 10+ years. I have studied dog behaviors, CPR trained, used to train and have spent my life learning dogs. Part of my business is even making pet products like bow ties, bandanas, toys, healthy treats, signs and organic paw wax. I run my boarding and daycare full time. It is what i live every day. I board 7 days a week and run daycare Tues-Fri We have a large dog specific room which daycare is run out of (while boarding your dog can join daycare for no extra cost) this room has a dog door that leads to the large fenced in yard. Once daycare is complete or dog dependent, the door comes open and the pups join our pack (2) snuggling on the couch and begging in the kitchen 😉

In addition, through the years, I have also been a pet parent to a horse, guinea pigs, hermit crabs, tropical fish, goldfish, and hamsters. Family and friends routinely ask me for pet care advice since I have had pets for so many years and trained my own puppies through self teaching. I also have experience administering medications. I care for my own four dogs on a daily basis ranging in age from 3 to 17 and have raised them from puppies. We have play time and snuggle time at different times each day. There is plenty of extra time and love each day to care for your fur baby too. I have a fenced yard on just under 1/2 acre, and my four dogs love to romp and play which is part of their daily routine. They also love long walks or going for a car ride. They are all crate trained and feel that their crate is their special place, so the doors are always open for them to have their alone/rest time when they want to after play time (if they are not trying to claim a spot on the couch or in the recliner). One especially likes the couch and the others love to sleep in bed at night.

By the time I was 9, I had adopted a shelter dachshund and raised two more dachshund puppies, bringing my total to five dogs at once.
