“I'm new to rover and was very nervous about leaving my dog with someone I had never met. As soon as I met Megan for a meet and greet that nervousness melted away. Megan and her dogs greeted us outside and I could tell right away she has a heart of gold. Her animals were happy, healthy and well cared for which also put my mind at ease. I even met her child who was very sweet and kind to my dog. Megan was very flexible and accommodating to my hectic work schedule. She sent me pictures throughout the day and I could see my dog was happy and having fun with his new people and cat and dog friends. About: I have taken care of animals my whole life. Been boarding and running daycare full time for 10+ years. I have studied dog behaviors, CPR trained, used to train and have spent my life learning dogs. Part of my business is even making pet products like bow ties, bandanas, toys, healthy treats, signs and organic paw wax. I run my boarding and daycare full time. It is what i live every day. I board 7 days a week and run daycare Tues-Fri We have a large dog specific room which daycare is run out of (while boarding your dog can join daycare for no extra cost) this room has a dog door that leads to the large fenced in yard. Once daycare is complete or dog dependent, the door comes open and the pups join our pack (2) snuggling on the couch and begging in the kitchen 😉

Family and friends routinely ask me for pet care advice since I have had pets for so many years and trained my own puppies through self teaching. I also have experience administering medications. I care for my own four dogs on a daily basis ranging in age from 3 to 17 and have raised them from puppies. We have play time and snuggle time at different times each day. There is plenty of extra time and love each day to care for your fur baby too. I have a fenced yard on just under 1/2 acre, and my four dogs love to romp and play which is part of their daily routine. They also love long walks or going for a car ride. They are all crate trained and feel that their crate is their special place, so the doors are always open for them to have their alone/rest time when they want to after play time (if they are not trying to claim a spot on the couch or in the recliner). One especially likes the couch and the others love to sleep in bed at night.

Beginning in 2020, I became a dog foster and have taken care of several different types of dogs while they awaited their forever home. Besides being a convenient location to Saratoga Springs, Kelly’s house was perfectly set up for dog sitting with a clean food and water bowl. Kelly was so caring and wanted to know of any food restrictions and special care instructions during our dog’s stay.
