In these 7 years of owning and caring for my fur babies, I have cat and dog sat on and off more times than I can count. I usually do sitting and care outside of my home, because my cats can be dramatic and aren't very open to other animals stealing their spotlight. About: Hi, I'm Meg and I have been caring for and working with animals almost my entire life. Growing up I would come home constantly with some sort of new animal friend asking if I could keep it. My parents always said yes of course but were very strict when it came to caring for the animal myself, so I have learned a lot over the years. I currently own a dog, two reptiles a snake and a blue tongue skink, and two parrots a Nanday Conure and a green cheek conure. What makes me different I would suppose from other sitters and walkers is I have more in-depth knowledge when it comes to dogs and other animals. I worked at PetSmart for about 6 years and learned all about nutrition, proper toys, and techniques to help dogs and owners learn. I also worked in pet care where it was my job to know proper diets and habitats for reptiles, small animals, birds and fish. I needed to know signs of illness or stress. One of the experiences I’m most proud of is helping reunite three lost dogs with their families. Animals have always been a part of who I am, and caring for them has never felt like a job—it has always felt like a calling. Starting September 4, I’ll have a flexible schedule and will be available for dog walking, drop-in visits, and dog or cat sitting throughout the day. This isn’t just a side hustle for me—it’s something I’m genuinely passionate about. Animals have always been a huge part of my life. I’ve had pets since I was a child, cared for many dogs and cats over the years, and have even helped reunite three lost dogs with their families. I truly enjoy earning an animal’s trust and giving pet owners peace of mind, knowing their furry family members are in loving, dependable hands. About: Hello all! My name is Carly. I am from Connecticut originally and have been living in the Capital district for about two years now. When I was back in home state, I had been sitting for about 8 years on and off and grew up taking care of all types. I used to have my own business called CA Pet Services doing pet sitting during my free time. I have taken care of all types of animals, large and small. I love meeting new furry friends and enjoy spending time getting to know them and giving them all the affection they deserve. Each animal that is under my care will get endless amounts of love and enjoyment. I want each dog or cat to feel safe, relaxed, and to feel that homey sensation when I take care of them. I also have my own 10-year-old male Australian Shepard, who is my fur child and enjoys meeting new friends that he can play with and take on adventures with. I'm currently looking to extend my pet care services for dog walking/drop ins on Mondays and Tuesdays. Some fun facts about me: • I am currently enrolled in an online vet tech program to become a licensed veterinary technician. • During my free time I like to ride horses, hike, and spend time with dog. I currently am working my full time job 4 days a week, my availability on my days off which are Mondays and Tuesdays is very flexible for dog walking and drop ins. I do not care for pets in my own home because I do have my own dog that is selective with others as he is in his senior age. If or when I do go to a clients, I respect all of the clients wishes and requests for their pet. The animal will be taken care of with thee upmost best care, as it is very hard to find reliable caretakers for our fur children.
About: I have taken care of 3 dogs since the age of 11 as my family pets. Since moving out on my own, I have an Australian shepherd and an orange kitten that have become my world! I have dog sat/cat sat for friends and family, walked, fed, played, and loved them as if they were my own! I currently work full time night shift in Albany, NY Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday nights. I am free all day Wednesday through Saturday but, am willing to work out certain hours Sunday-Tuesday if needed! I love to walk dogs! On the road, I am always cautious of cars, people, and even other dogs. If your pet prefers to stay close to home, playing outside is what we will do. I am always putting the pet's needs and comfort before anything else!
About: My name is Alexis craig, I am a 23 year old college student. I’ve had experience working with dogs for over 4 1/2 years now. I started out volunteering in the shelters , & got to work with many service dogs while being in the military. I have experience with many different breeds and sizes. I’ve learned how to deal with dogs with anxiety, aggression, and being timid. I believe dogs truly are mans best friend which is why I want to protect and love them the same way they do us. I am currently in school studying animal behavior, I find the animal mind in general fascinating. My goal is to one day open a no kill shelter where dogs have no time limit on how long they can stay and never have the fear of being neglected. While your pooch is with me they will have fun, learn new tricks , engage in activities that stimulate there mind and feel at ease in the comfort of my home or there own. I have a high energetic puppy who loves to play all day so high energetic puppies, and adult dogs are super welcomed. I currently work 3 days out of the week Sunday-Tuesday. That gives me plenty of time with your pup during the rest of the week and makes my availability very flexible Although I do not have a fenced backyard we have a gate we put up in the back when the dogs are outback to ensure there safety as well as the other dogs around the neighborhood

We had a meet & greet with Ginger and Ranger (Ginger's sweet dog) prior to our boarding. This helped put my mind at ease that our pup would be well cared for. During the boarding Ginger provided me with daily updates and pictures. Millie was very happy during her stay and well cared for. Leaving and being away from your pup is an anxiety inducing experience, but Jennifer took such good care of Cadbury and was so incredible at keeping me updated that I didn’t have to worry and was able to focus on my conference instead of worrying about him. And she also kept Cadbury entertained and engaged so his mind was on whatever thing was going on at the moment which I was glad for Her dogs welcomed Cadbury to their pack which I was also incredibly appreciative of.
