About: All my life, people have been amazed at the way animals gravitate to me. For whatever reason, just about every animal I have met falls in love with me. I personally think it's because they can tell how much I love them! I've been an animal lover all my life. Growing up, there were a lot of different animals in the house, but the one constant was DOGS! Over the years, I have cared for dogs of all ages, sizes, and personalities. I've spent time studying dog behavior, psychology, and training through books and hands-on experience, and I'm always learning more. Whether your dog is a playful puppy, a mellow senior, or anything in between, I'm confident in meeting their needs with patience and care. If you're looking for someone who loves your fur babies as much as you, then look no further! I’m currently studying Graphic Design at TMCC, which gives me plenty of time to take care of and play with your pets in between classes and afterwards. Taking care of animals is incredibly rewarding and provides a much-needed break from studying. Your fur babies will get lots of love, attention, and fun when I'm around! I’m very detail-oriented and always make sure to follow your instructions to the T, whether it's feeding schedules, medications, walk times, or any special routines. I'm patient, gentle, and treat every pet with the same love and care I give my own. I understand how important it is to feel comfortable while you're away, so I’m happy to send regular updates, photos, and videos to keep you in the loop and put your mind at ease. Your pet's comfort, safety, and happiness are always my top priority!

“Amazing, dog sat for me last minute and her attention to detail was very comforting. I felt very safe, leaving my dog with her and I’m very grateful that she was able to take care of Indy. If needed I will definitely hire her again. Thanks Shelby”

About: I’ve had dogs and cats my entire life and truly understand how much love, patience and attention they need, especially when their humans are away. I have experience with all kinds of dogs and cats, from high-energy to senior companions, and I’m confident handling a variety of situations calmly and safely. Whether your dog enjoys long walks, jogs, games of fetch, or just some quiet cuddle time, I’ll tailor each visit to what makes them happiest. I’m not the kind of sitter who just feeds and leaves. I believe dogs and cats deserve meaningful interaction and affection while you’re gone. I treat every dog and cat I care for as if they were my own. I’m pretty flexible every day of the week and can usually squeeze drop in visits/walks in pretty easily. I do have another commitment that requires me to sometimes be out of town during weekends, but I will edit my availability to reflect that with at least a few days notice. I have a three year old golden retriever named Cooper and two cats named Aubrey and Ollie. They all get lots of love, cuddles and attention and get fed around the same time each day. I play with Cooper in our backyard a lot, take him on walks and hikes (during the cooler parts of the day in the summer), take him to play with his doggy friends and much more. I pay very careful attention to their health and wellbeing on a day-to-day basis.

About: I am a caretaker! I'm closing my 36 year home based childcare. I LOVE the big puppies. My boy was 140lbs. passed 10/2024. I can be your puppy Grandma! (All dogs are puppies at heart) I have worked from home for over 36 years and plan to keep at home! I am moving from children to dogs. Spending every Summer on my Grandparents farm was heaven, lots of work, done with so much respect for the hours and lifestyle. I moved back to Hidden Valley to care for my parents and raise my kids. They are all gone and I am looking for a new direction, while tending my garden and remodeling. I have never been without a dog (dogs). My children are all in different States so, giving and getting my dog love fix vis sitting is the direction I'm heading as opposed to owning for now! I have always loved my pets more than any couch, so, furniture will be all access. How I will care for your pet will be up to you! 1/2 Acre fully fenced, 110 tree's, small grass area, DG to dig in. 24 years here and all of my dogs (passed) loved it. I have had 36 years of open communication with child parents and I will do the same for puppy parents. We should be cohesive and symbiotic. I left dry food out for my dogs, however, your dog your rules! Hidden Valley dog park is less than a mile from my home. My Livestock Guardian dog did not like the dog park so if yours does not I am totally ok going or not going! The Virginia Range is behind me and easily accessible for short hikes.

“We always appreciate Arin’s drop in visits while we’re away. It’s good to know our cats are well taken care of! Arin has also been kind enough to bring in a package or two when it’s delivered and we’re not home.”

“Ashley was great. We hired her to visit with our dog while we were out of town. She gave him lots of attention and snuggles, just what he needed. He was happy and content when we got back home. We'll definitely book her again.”

“Mickie took such great care of my two kitties. She is very caring, attentive and detail oriented. My girls were so calm and chill when I got home it was obvious they had been well taken care of. I would highly recommend Mickie as a pet sitter and hope to have her look after my girls again in the near future.”

“Great sitter! Excellent communication, reliable, trustworthy and made sure my cats were well taken care of while I was away for 12 days. She even made extra trips to my place to make sure everything was running smoothly when there was a hiccup with my automated litter box.”

About: I’m not just here to walk your dog — I’m here to make sure they feel safe, loved, and have a little fun while you’re away! I’ve been obsessed with dogs for as long as I can remember. I started dog sitting back in high school just for fun, and I loved it so much that after graduation I went on to work at doggy daycares full-time. It’s safe to say I’ve spent a lot of time surrounded by wagging tails, wet noses, and big personalities! I’ve worked with puppies who never run out of energy and sweet seniors who just want a slow stroll and some extra TLC. Thanks to my daycare experience, I’m great at reading body language, making sure every dog feels safe and happy, and giving them the kind of care I’d want for my own pets. Whether it’s a long walk, playtime, or just keeping your dog company, I’ll treat them like family — because that’s exactly how I see them. I’m a very outdoorsy person, so being outside with dogs fits naturally into my daily routine. I take my own dog on walks or hikes every day, so adding more dogs into the mix just makes it even better (also happy to work with dogs that have social anxiety or need to be walked alone)! Fresh air, exercise, and happy pups are pretty much my ideal day. As a small business owner, I’m lucky to have a flexible schedule, which means I can easily work around the needs and routines of the pets (and owners) I care for. Whether it’s early morning, mid-day, or evenings, I love being able to make pet care part of my daily life. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or a client’s home, my main goal is to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved — just like they would with their own family. I pay close attention to each dog’s routine and needs, whether that’s sticking to their regular feeding schedule, giving them space to relax, or making sure they get plenty of walks and playtime. In my client’s home, I treat the space with the same respect and care I would want for my own. I keep things clean, tidy, and make sure pets aren’t just well cared for — they’re happy, too! If I’m welcoming a dog into my home, they’ll get plenty of love, attention, and outdoor time. My home is dog-friendly, safe, and relaxed — perfect for pups who want to feel right at home while their owners are away.

Andee D.
“I've been working with dogs since I was a teenager, and Andee and I met a few years ago. She immediately struck me as someone with a deep passion for all animals, especially dogs and cats, and even horses! I have never witnessed her meet a dog who didn't love her right away. She has a great energy that really makes animals feel secure. Andee was always asking me questions about dogs, their psychology, their health and wellness, training methods, and more. She is always eager to learn anything I have to teach! There are very few people I would ever entrust my dogs to (as they are working dogs and have some unique quirks!) but leaving them in Andee's care really makes me feel secure in knowing they are getting the very best. She is knowledgeable, respectful of your rules for your dogs, and very trustworthy! You could do no wrong in choosing Andee as your sitter.”

“We recently moved to Sparks and needed a dog walker to take our puppy out during our busy days. Jennifer is amazing when she first met our (puppy) Neeko, she came over and did about three walks with us so he would get comfortable. She took everything slowly and at his pace so he would get comfortable with her. We get text updates after their walks, of how he did. I love the updates and Jennifer walking Neeko has helped with his anxiety. She is amazing with our anxious puppy, and I highly recommend her for your fur babies!”
