“Danika was an absolute life-saver when our cat ended up going to the emergency vet just a few days before my family and I were going on vacation for a whole week after. As he recovered from his vet visit, he required constant care which involved multiple check-ins a day, monitoring how often he drank water, ate his food, and used the litter box. He also needed to be given 3 different medications on different time schedules, 2 of which required being administered with a syringe in his mouth. Danika was able to do all of this and even texted us updates after each visit to let us know how things were going. Her availability on such short notice along with her attention to detail and genuine love and care for our cat gave us the peace of mind we needed to enjoy our vacation without feeling worried the entire time. How I will care for your pet will be up to you! 1/2 Acre fully fenced, 110 tree's, small grass area, DG to dig in. 24 years here and all of my dogs (passed) loved it. I have had 36 years of open communication with child parents and I will do the same for puppy parents. We should be cohesive and symbiotic. I left dry food out for my dogs, however, your dog your rules! Hidden Valley dog park is less than a mile from my home. My Livestock Guardian dog did not like the dog park so if yours does not I am totally ok going or not going! The Virginia Range is behind me and easily accessible for short hikes.

I’m currently unemployed and a new first time mommy just trying to make ends meet. I am available 24/7 and I am okay with last minute bookings! When caring for pets in their own home, I make sure they stay on their usual routine so they feel safe and comfortable while you’re away. I’ll provide fresh food and water, clean up after them, and give them the love and attention they’re used to. For dogs, that means plenty of walks, playtime, and belly rubs to keep them happy and exercised. For cats, that could be play with their favorite toys, brushing, or just quiet company for more independent kitties. I always take time to understand each pet’s unique personality and needs—whether it’s an energetic pup who loves adventure or a shy cat who just needs gentle care. I’ll keep food and litter/walk areas tidy, follow your instructions closely, and keep an eye out for any changes in behavior or health. I’m also happy to send regular updates and photos so you can feel reassured that your pets are safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away.

Onyx is a little on the sensitive side and I can tell by his demeanor when I come home that he feels secure and happy. She also has done a great job of reading Onyx and giving him what he wants, rather than forcing him to walk (I.e sit and watch the ducks). I also appreciate all the work Ruby has done to uphold my training with Onyx with his reactivity on leash!!”
About: I’ve lived with both cats and dogs throughout my entire life, as well as helping out friends and family with pet-sitting and other things such as dog-walking since I was an early teenager. I’ve had experience giving pets medicine and have no issue at all cleaning up after them. I’m currently working part-time, 5 days a week, with most of my day being open besides the late afternoon. My shifts change pretty often but I’d love to work out a timeframe that would work with you! I’m more than comfortable house-sitting, and as long as your pet has no issues with other pets (Currently living with two golden retrievers) they’re more than welcome here. I always am available for just dog-walking and dropping in whenever needed!
About: I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life and have taken care care of family and friends dogs and cats when they go out of town. I currently take care of our family’s bernadoodle part time when she’s not with her mom and we love to take her on long walks and a run around the yard. When she is not with me I miss her and would love to give your pups or cats some love too. I am currently working part time 2 days a week so I can fit care for your pets on the other days of the week. I have a fenced backyard with plenty of space for your dog to run around. I also have gates in the house to keep them out of mischief. In your home I will keep your pets out of mischief by taking them on walks/ runs or adventures like a hike if permitted.
About: I've had dogs almost my entire childhood from small pomeranians to rottweilers. I currently don't own any since my apartment would feel small with a dog but I would love yo dogsit for anyone who doesn't want their dog or cat to be alone. My wife is home all day so your dogs would get the exercise they need and all the love and attention they would want as she too grew up around dogs if any size. I currently work full time but do have days off for therapy sessions for a past injury. My wife would be caring for pets if I am not available in my stead and she is great with animals. She also has references if needed. We can persist any day of the week with an advanced notice for weekends and holidays. I live in an apartment but there is a park nearby if your dog needs exercise. I also have a patio in case they just want to sit/lay in the shade/sun. Everything that could be dangerous towards dogs would be put away

“Nina was awesome! My husband and I live out of the area but were visiting Reno and our hotel had a no pet policy, so we thought we would try someone close to where we were staying. I saw Nina’s profile and the positive reviews and determined it could be a good fit after we spoke on the phone. Nina was very professional and responsive throughout the entire duration leading up to our booking, and stayed in contact throughout their stay, providing lots of updates and pictures (which we loved!). It put our minds at ease seeing how happy and relaxed our boys appeared in the pictures. I was a little worried my boys might give her a little trouble because for some reason they aren’t huge fan of men, and I knew they would be around a guy but Scott is clearly a gem because my boys were cuddling up to him and one of them was following him around their house and wanting all his attention! Blew my mind a little (in a great way!) lol. When we went to pick them up they were calm, relaxed, and happy and fell fast asleep on the car ride home with zero PTSD lol. While I’m not in Nina’s area, I will absolutely see if she is available again next time we are out there.”
