I also make sure to provide fresh water, offer treats (if allowed), and give them plenty of attention and affection. She is scared of everything and does not cooperate with new people without me around but Ella was so patient and got my dog to love and trust her quickly! By the third day my dog was running around the yard with her and eating all her food. When I go to the office I know my dog is in good hands and I don’t have to worry. I have walked, trained and dog, for many friends and family members I am a teacher who walks her dogs at least twice a day. I groom at least once a week and when possible, socialize my dog with others I have a fenced in yard with plenty of room to run. About: I've taken care of dogs since I was 7 years old. I grew up with a German Shepherd named Eva, the love of my life. While a sophomore in high school, I began working at a dog daycare called Pups@Play Montclair. That job gave me invaluable knowledge of dog behavior and relationship dynamics. I learned the intricacies of their behavior, body language, personality, whether they were high energy or low energy, active or reactive, etc. I used that to diffuse many doggy disputes. I worked with and managed 50+ dogs everyday. Daschunds, puppies, mutts, great danes, shepherds, samoyeds, bulldogs, pitbulls, hairless, everything. I can handle any dog I meet. You can trust me to handle your dog with care, happiness, love, understanding, and patience. I am fit and ready to play! Dogs hold such a special place in my heart and I can't wait to meet yours! I am a student at Rutgers New Brunswick and my schedule currently has me free after 5pm on weekdays and any time after 9am on weekends. I can potentially be available if there is a special circumstance but that is by no means a guarantee. I do not currently offer boarding services. My 2 senior cats need daily medication (oral pills and topical cream) and Laura was comfortable with this situation. When we booked our vacation, months ago, they didn't need any medication, so finding the right sitter leading up to our time away was stressful for me, but Laura was great and helped me feel more at ease while on our big family vacation. It turned out that one of my cats would hide with each visit, which I'm sure was annoying to manage, but Laura stuck with it. We can't thank her enough for caring for our aging cats!”

About: Hi! My family has always had dogs for as long as I can remember. From puppies madness to senior sunsets, I’ve loved every stage that comes with having pets. During summers I’ve provided in house care for neighbors pets allowing them a “vacation” from staying home all day. I would be more than happy to get to know your pet as well as yourself ! Friends, family, and neighbors have trusted me to care for their pets. As a mom, I'm responsible, patient, and used to keeping a busy household on routine. I'm comfortable following each dog's individual routine and making sure they feel safe and loved while their owners are away. When your pet stays with me, they'll be treated like part of the family. I work during the day, but my grandmother is home all day, and my son is home after school and loves animals. Pets will have plenty of company throughout the day while I'm at work, and I'll provide their walks, playtime and attention before and after work. Overnight boarding is welcomed! I have a fenced yard where dogs can safely enjoy some outdoor time, along with a comfortable home environment. I'm happy to follow your pet's routine and can crate your dog if needed or preferred.

About: I am single woman traveling regularly. When I am not on the road I love having pets around and taking care of them and playing with them. I would like to sit at their own place more than having dogs at home but I will try that. I’m currently working three hours in the afternoons. I have plenty of time to take long walks with a dog or play inside with them. I am living in a fenced house at the moment with plenty of room for running in the backyard. I can also fit a couple of crates if needed.
