About: I have grown up taking care of cats and dogs my whole life. I love animals so much. I currently only have one dog who i take care of but i also walk my neighbors dogs who cant. Everyday i wake up and immediately take my dog out and prepare her breakfast. After we have some play time and i take her on at least 3 walks throughout the day! I have a fenced in yard so i will be able to give them time to play in the backyard and also take them on multiple walks throughout the day! I also have a dog that loves to play!

About: Hi, my name is Amanda and I adopted my beagle, Honey, last year. I grew up with cats and dogs, and understand that pets are part of the family. I have experience with kittens, cats, and anxious dogs. My specialty is small to medium sized dogs. I walk and train with my dog every day. We completed all the obedience training programs at PetSmart and we participate in agility classes and ecollar training programs. I understand the importance of training as well as caring for the animal with love and patience. I work from home, so my schedule is quite flexible. I walk my dog for about 20 minutes between 8-9am, and then again in the evening from 5pm-7pm. I have a friendly 1.5year old beagle at home who would love to play and snuggle with your pup. I would separate them via dog gate or crating during meal time. We would go for a pack walk and have designated nap time in their crates. Additionally, I would crate both dogs overnight for safety purposes.

About: I have an elderly dog with various medical conditions including diabetes. I am comfortable administering her insulin and making sure her medications are taken with meals. I have cared for cats and dogs alike when friends are out of town. Often, it is walks, playtime, cleaning litter boxes, and providing fresh food and water. I am a school-based occupational therapist with a lighter schedule, looking for a fun way to fill my time. I love going out on walks and getting a couple extra steps in. I’ve had experience watching dogs of all ages, from grumpy seniors with medication to lively puppies who need extra clean up time, to anxious Covid babies. I am very detail-oriented as I respect that each dog has their personal routine and want to ensure that not much is disrupted for them when I visit/stay. I understand the importance of keeping in contact with owners (only to the extent that you wish to be contacted) throughout the day. I guarantee that I will take plenty of photos of your pet and will be happy to share them! Note: I am based in LES, NYC for the summer. I work fully remotely, so I'm flexible to working with your pet's schedule when housesitting. I'm available for afternoon walks, or to come to housesit from the evenings usually. I'm also willing to travel to housesit (I've travelled to DC before!), though this would require travel coverage as part of compensation. ***For house sits of 1 week or longer, I ask owners to support in covering my meals. I will care for your pets as you would advise to care for them in order to maintain consistency and not confuse them. Afterall, I am the guest in staying in their space should I be housesitting.
