About: I trained my 2 year old dog and always play, feed, walk, and take him to the vet when needed. When my dog was sick, I would take care of him. I watched a dog even when I wasn’t suppose to be the one watching it cause I felt bad for the dog. I took it for a walk late at night when it needed to go. I’ve watched my friends and families dogs. I’m currently working part-time at a restaurant so my schedule never is the same but I’m free everyday mornings and afternoons. On weekends my work schedule is normally from 4-10/11. So I can let out the dogs after I get out from work at night if needed and before I head to work. I live in my parents house so I can come and go when needed. I know many spots near my house to walk around such as parks and I know of a dog park near by as well.

About: As a pet parent to both cats and dogs since 2018, I’ve pretty much seen it all! Over the last eight years, I've had to handle my fair share of unexpected pet emergencies. From managing diarrhea to large open wounds and fractured paws to dealing with accidental toxic ingestions. Because of those experiences, I’m really quick on my feet, know how to stay calm under pressure, and can handle whatever a pet might throw at me. I'm very attentive to a pet's needs when they are healing or just need a little extra medical TLC. You can trust that I’ll keep your pets safe, calm, and well cared for. I currently work part-time, so I’m free for the majority of the week. On Thursdays and Fridays, I have limited availability, but I am free in the mornings up until 2:00 PM. My weekend availability can vary, though with enough notice, I should be available for most requests. Throughout the day, I feed all of my pets together in the morning, which has been a huge milestone for us. My dog is a recent integration to the family; for five months, everyone was separated, and we only recently moved to unsupervised time after a lot of monitored play. My cats, who weren't friendly to dogs before, have completely adjusted. Thankfully, my dog is naturally non-reactive and has a great personality, so with enough time and patience, he naturally learned not to chase or bother them at all. Because of that transition period, my cats still have their own designated room where they can hang out, completely unbothered by dogs or any other animals. Going through this process gave me firsthand experience with careful pet integration, pacing, and creating safe, stress-free boundaries for different animals.
About: I have experience with taking care of my own fur baby for 7 years. Besides her I have also taken in family pets whilst they went to vacation, as well as drop ins and checking their pets for the duration of two weeks. I was capable of teaching the pets under my care tricks and was always on top of everything being responsible, and making sure the fur babies got the attention they needed. I am also comfortable looking after feline (cat) pets as I have taken care of them with my boyfriends family during drop ins, and also freshwater aquarium pets as I have hosted them in my home for my cousins taking care of up to 6 in a tank. I am in college so I only attend school three days out of the week leaving all day of monday and friday, adding on I have a late class wednesday so I am available early on Wednesdays! I am also free on the weekends. So, I am able to check in with pets during my free time, and make sure to care for the fur babies. I can do afternoons for monday, friday, and the weekend and day time for wednesday! In my home I have one pet, my girl dog pearl who receives all the love she can get and is treated as a family member :) In my home I have a fenced yard, I have treats to provide, toys, and more. I also have a play penn in which pets can have space and play freely if wished to be crated. I will make sure to always give attention to the pets just as if they were my own babies.

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Fords
Tessa did an awesome job of keeping us informed while we were away during our trip and sending us lots if photos. Our pets seemed happy and loved on. House was in order when we returned and she went above and beyond doing somethings we didn't expect her to take care of such as taking out trash and scooping litter since it was a short trip.

Gabby is absolutely wonderful, and we are so happy we found her! From the very beginning, she took the time to do a meet-and-greet with our dog, Chance, which immediately put us at ease. She is incredibly professional, caring, and attentive. During each visit, Gabby provided detailed updates about how Chance was doing, which gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. It was clear from her communication and interactions that she genuinely cares about the pets she looks after. We always felt confident that Chance was safe, happy, and in great hands. We truly could not have asked for a better experience. Gabby went above and beyond, and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and compassionate pet sitter. We look forward to having her care for Chance again in the future!

Thank you so much for taking such good care of my puppy during the drop-in visit! I really appreciated the updates and photos, and it gave me peace of mind knowing my puppy was in good hands. My puppy seemed happy, comfortable, and well cared for when I got back. I would definitely recommend you and look forward to booking with you again!”
Hannah is a gem. She's very easy to communicate and schedule with. She clearly loves animals and takes such for care of Pongo. She doesn't just go through the motions but puts effort and energy into spending quality time with our dog. Would recommend to anyone.

Skylar is really great sitter and our puppy was super happy with her around. Setup a meet and greet and got acquainted, she went through feeding instructions, took Maximus for a walk and made everything very easy and comfortable. Recommend her services and will repeat her again for Maximus.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone.
