I work from home M-F 7-3 but my schedule is flexible, I can take long lunches or leave early if needed. I can also take my laptop on the go if necessary to provide company for your pet. I can't say enough good things about the care she provided for Ellie. She was reliable, communicative, and genuinely cared about her, which gave me a lot of peace of mind on the days I had to be in the office. Brian is very patient and helpful with my two dogs, Snowy and Dutsch. Both dogs can be a little difficult on a walk, as they are working breeds without much training. Brian offered some tips and suggestions about using a gentle leader to avaoid pulling. He arrived on time and walked them for the full hour as promised.

Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
