“Val is obsessed with Alessandra! She waits by the front door hours before she arrives, and runs out the door into her arms every day! She was in love with her the minute she met her, whereas she can take time to warm up/trust new ppl. She also is nice to all dogs when Alessandra walks her, but when a family member walks her she can be snippy to big dogs when she's on a leash. Alessandra is an answered prayer and has made our happy dog even happier!”

About: Hi! My name is Summer and I am 31 years old. In my care, your pets safety, feeling loved, getting properly exercised is my number one concerns! When I’m watching you dog, they are getting my full attention from the moment of drop off to pick up! 😊 I have experience with large and small dogs my whole life, and I used to be an active volunteer at our local shelter with fostering. I have 1 dog, that is highly trained and loves new play companions! We have no kids, it is just my husband and I, so your dog will have our full attention! I started on rover because doing this does not feel like a job to me, but a passion! I love animals deep within my heart, and want them to have the best care possible. When looking for a dog sitter, finding someone you can trust can be difficult, but I am here to meet those expectations as that person!😊 I am highly experienced in large dogs, seniors and puppies! My last dog lived till 15 and had cancer so there was a lot of care involved until her last breath. We have a large fenced in area to keep your dogs happy with play time. I walk my own dogs twice a day for thirty minutes to make sure they get their proper exercise. Your dogs are welcome to cuddle in our bed, or relax in their own dog bed. We have no children, it is just me and my husband. There is always someone at home with the dogs as I am working minimally part time, so your pup will be my full time priority. I am always very active with picture updates and have experience with any medication that needs to be administered. I would love to take care of your dog and feel free to ask any questions! We typically take my dog for a 30-45 minute walk in the morning as we are very active people, and then in the evenings as well. We also have a fenced in yard for ample play time. My dogs never leave my eyes as they are my top priority. We have 1 dog. He is 6 years old, and is very well mannered and play well with new companions! He was socialized from 8 weeks old so he is well tempered balanced dog. He loves puppies, older dogs, and small dogs! He will engage play with the temperament of their new companions :)

About: I feel that my love for dogs started as a young child and enjoy spending time and learning more about each and every dog I come in contact with. Truly enjoy dogs... I am self employed as a spa owner and Realtor and can adjust my schedule to fit! This helps to accommodate your furry family member. I am free to do drop in visits, unfortunately I would prefer not to take your lovely companion into my home. I feel they maybe more comfortable in a familiar surrounding.

About: I have been doing pet sitting for about 2 years. I tend to work with all dogs no matter the size, cats, or other animal. I’m currently in college with lots on space in my schedule to check in and be with your pets! The most time I would have to be away in about 4ish hours because of classes. I love being around animals and really love to play with them and give them love. I can crate them and take care of whatever situations that arise as well.

“In the history of ever, there has never been a pet sitter as wonderful as Sofie. She is an amazing human being, and far and away the best pet sitter we've ever hired. She's become almost like an adopter daughter, a member of our extended family--we just love her so much. She's an amazing human being--smart, warm, loving, caring, compassionate and funny too! We live on 10 acres and intrinsically trust her with all our pets (2 horses, 3 dogs, 3 cats, a rooster, a dozen chicken, 3 goats, and 2 salt water fish tanks). At first we hired her to come by twice a day to check on the animals, feed/water them, play with the dogs/cats, etc., but after the first time, we felt comfortable enough asking her to sleep over in our home and both pet sit and house sit for us--she's that reliable and trustworthy. I can't recommend Sofie enough. My only reservation about writing this is that she'll suddenly become too popular with other pet-sitting jobs that she won't be available or have time for us the next time we go out of town and need her!”

About: In May of 2024 I graduated with a degree in Animal Sciences, and I’ve been pet sitting for a long time, and have actually pet sat for animals with a variety of different health conditions including asthma and general digestive issues. I also have experience with dogs that are scared or have light aggression. Along with my experience with clients, I have worked with dogs in a shelter environment and I have also hand raised orphaned kittens ranging in age from 2 days old up to 12 weeks, bottle feeding around the clock. Given my career path, I also have knowledge and experience with animal training. I would absolutely love to help you out with your pups while you are away! Currently I am working a full time job training dolphins, typically from around 7-4 with varying weekends and end times depending on the needs of the animals at work. However, whenever I am not at work I am at home! I do not have any pets at home, but have the time to dedicate to caring for your pets! When I am persisting for an overnight client, I spend lots of time at their house loving on the pets and ensuring they have everything they need to be happy while you aren’t home! Whether we go outside and throw a ball, go for a walk around the neighborhood, or even sit on the couch and watch TV together, I am always happy to do whatever the pets need, which can vary depending on the individual and their normal routine!
