She was on time even though it was really early. She even had an impact crate in her car in case of bad/crazy drivers. 2. She sent us very detailed updates including pictures, number of water breaks, and potty breaks. 3. She brought our boys back to the hotel twice! I had never left him before but we were vacation and my daughter wanted to go snorkeling. Not a service dog friendly activity. Patience put us at ease from the second we walked up to her door. Cherie did an excellent job watching our 8 week old puppy. It can be very demanding but she was incredible. She sent us pictures and messages throughout the day and kept us in the loop. I puppy was excited to see her each day. We are eternally grateful for her help while we enjoyed the beach each day and we would and will absolutely be rebooking. Highly recommend.
I can't say enough wonderful things about Jeanna!! From the moment we stepped into her home she made us all feel like part of the family. Billie loved laying by the pool and Jeanna even had an "extra" dog bed that she put out for her. We were able to enjoy a relaxed day off and know that our fur baby was in loving hands. Would recommend her (and her entire family!) without reservation.
