I am retired from the medical field and work from home. I have a lot of time to spoil your pets with walks and cuddles I offer a free met and greet with every pet owner. I find it important to establish a rapport with the owner and the pet. For home stays in your home, I don't just feed, walk and play with your pet, but bring in any packages that may have been left on the porch, take out the trash and recyclables and alternate lights.

I don't have any obligations away from home, so if your pup needs a little extra attention, feel free to say so, and I'll accommodate the best I can. I have a roomy apartment and a screened-in porch. When we're not on walks or at the park, my pup loves hanging out on the porch with the fans on for some fresh air (door to the inside kept cracked open). My apartment is toddler-proofed and safe, and I'm always around to keep an eye on your pup. We have plenty of chew toys, treats, and fun to go around :)

About: I’ve worked with aggressive dogs in the past and have trained my golden retriever out of both food aggression, toy aggression, and resource guarding. I’m used to distributing medication orally if necessary as my own dogs have needed it before. I frequently groom Dizzy myself as he is a high maintenance golden retriever so I am available for that as well if needed. I am finishing my senior year from home so I am with my dogs 24/7. I feed them myself, I give them water myself, and I train them myself. I train my dogs for at a minimum of 5 minutes every day and work a variety of skills into their training, such as crate training, patience during meals, not snatching things, such as toys or treats, when I give it to them, settling when in the house, and I also socialize them to different sounds such as knocking on doors, babies crying, fire alarms, etc so they are set up for success no matter what happens. I want nothing but the best for my babies and I want you to know I want nothing but the best for your pets as well! My dogs have an acre of land to roam around in. They have full access to water 24/7 and get fed twice a day, once in the morning and once in the late evening before the sun sets. I work on training them for a minimum of 5 minutes a day to keep their skills and learned tricks in tact and I usually take them to our nearby park to hang out and meet new people!
