“McKenna was a great fit for dog sitting Smokey while where were away for three nights. Communication was timely and consistent from the initial inquiry all the way through the end of McKenna's time at our place. We did a meet and greet a few days before our trip, and it was clear at that time that McKenna is a true dog person. Smokey was instantly at ease with her, a fact which left us with no doubts about the arrangements. McKenna was very flexible and attentive to the specifics of arrival and departure times. During her stay we received updates and pictures of life here at the house. She definitely had Smokey's personality and idiosyncrasies pegged in short order, a fact that made my wife and I laugh a little bit. We arrived home to a house that was as clean as we had left it. McKenna had also gone above and beyond to wash the guest towels and sheets she had used while here. Smokey is always glad to welcome us home when we return, but he was clearly at ease and seemed relaxed after his time with McKenna. Two big thumbs up for McKenna for a thoughtful and professional job well done and for good rates as well.”

About: I love being with dogs when I’m hanging out at home or in the woods and that's why I'm on Rover--I just love having dogs in my life! I'm a very active person and love being outside. I have a home with two roommates who also love dogs. We have a large un-fenced yard with a small play pen in the yard appropriate for small dogs. We live in a nice, dog-friendly neighborhood close to a park, a creek for those water lovers, and hiking trails (and, coming soon, a WagBar!). I’ve had a dog at every point in my life and have been recently raising a puppy with my parents but I have no other dogs in the home at the time. I have several dog beds around the house, toys, leashes, etc. as well as a large kennel. I'm also willing to offer extra services like bathing and brushing. I’m happy to do house visits for cats too, but my housemate is allergic so, unfortunately, I can’t do any cat sitting. I am happy to take the dogs on as long or short of walks as desired, or even on hikes and runs! Lastly, I am currently working full time from home and am excited to spend ALL DAY with your pups! I can't wait to meet and get to know y’all’s pups! :)

About: I have a special place in my heart for senior dogs and senior care for dogs. I am happiest when I am taking care of animals in whatever way they need love and care. I currently work part time so have plenty of time Wednesday through Sunday to care for your pets. I prefer to check on them in their own homes frequently each day giving them plenty of time to run around and play or have some love and companionship. When I check on your pets in their homes I will be sure they have everything they need to be comfortable and safe while I’m away. I will also spend an hour with them to make sure they have plenty of time to do their business outside and get their wiggles out if they need it.

About: With aspirations of becoming a Veterinarian I have combined 6 years experience in the Veterinary field, and 7 years working with animals. I own 6 dogs all of varies breeds, along with the occasional foster pup or two. While in my care your fur baby will have ample amount of structure play, to ensure 100% safety I keep play groups small with some one on one time play. I have a wide variety of experience with reactive dogs as well, if your dog does not do well with others open communication is all I ask and I will ensure your loved one is fulfilled during their stay. I work from home allowing my schedule to be pretty flexible, I am happy to offer pick up and drop off services if needed or work around your schedule I have a fully fenced in yard with access to trails and parks, where I enjoy spending as much time outdoors allowing all the pets in home to feel enriched

I can provide long walks, dog runs, adventure days, quick potty breaks and dedicated play sessions for your pet. I am always willing to work with the client and their pets needs. Dog walking: I do my best to stick to your pets routines. If your dog is on a more structured schedule/obedience, I will keep them on that schedule. I will keep pets crated if told to do so. Walks will always start with greeting/leashing, then we head out for fun! Upon arrival back to your home, pups will get a treat, fresh water, and some love before I leave. Pet photos will be sent to the client after our walk. For house boarding & Doggy Day Care: all pets including my own dog, will always be crated upon leaving the home for their own safety. I will only allow dogs to stay in my home upon meeting the dog first, and making sure they're dog friendly and okay with cats. I prefer to keep only one other dog in my home at a time but will make exceptions for the right dogs/fit. dogs are expected to be well behaved in my home and not have destructive or aggressive habits.
