About: I have lots of experience caring for animals, from household pets to barn animals. I have grown up pet sitting for friends and family members for some years before owning any pets of my own in my home town (2 dogs and 2 cats). As of now, I am attending university so I am fostering cats who are either kittens or who have medical problems so I can administer their medications. If I'm taking care of my clients pets in my personal home, I will always make my house feel like a second home so the pet feels as comfortable as it can be. If I'm cat-sitting, I always make sure their litter boxes are clean. Safety is the most important factor to me, I will always check on any information my clients leave me and will constantly be checking in on the pets. About: My parents bred Golden Retrievers when I was a young child, and I have loved and had dogs since I was born. Barb, a 120lb Rottweiler/Mastiff, is our current companion after losing Richard, our 165lb St. Bernard. Now that my husband and I are empty-nesters, and now that I am retired (for the time being) I'm excited to take care of other dogs. I'm skilled at dog training and love dogs of all shapes, sizes, breeds and demeanors. Walking/hiking is one of my favorite past times. I'm excited for the opportunity to take care of your pooch! I have a flexible working schedule, some days at work need to be in person, some can be distance, so I can stay with customer's pets. At client's home I am following the provided pet dietary guidelines. I am frequently letting the pets out for potty breaks. If the yard is not fenced, I am paying extra attention for the presence of other pet or wild animals. I also like to keep the pets busy with activities so they do not get bored.
About: I have taken care of my friend’s dogs the past few years and finally got my first one of my own earlier this summer. It has been so much fun and I would love to spend more time with animals.
