About: Experienced with pets of all ages and species from reptiles and rodents to cats and dogs. Growing up around diverse animals built my confidence, patience, and ability to handle different temperaments. I provide reliable, attentive care and treat every pet like my own. I wake up at 6:30am and go to the gym until 8:40am and then I make breakfast around 9am and feed my cats and take out their litter boxes and make sure their waters full. Then I make lunch at 11:30am-12:00pm and go on a walk sometimes after. Around 5-6pm I make dinner for me and my cats then I usually watch tv after. I do have a job but it’s a 8am-5pm so I’m able to tend for animals morning and nights! I care for my own 2 cats at my house. I change their litter boxes everyday and feed them at 9am and at 5pm whenever I eat breakfast and dinner, and they have a running water bowl that I clean weekly! I have an all pet friendly, 2-story home with a fenced in backyard and a calm neighborhood to walk around in. I can assure that I would treat, care, and love for your pets as my own!

About: We have both had pets our entire lives, until recently. Have experience in medication and senior care needs. We have had both cats and dogs in the home. Most of our animals were rescue critters, with various backgrounds. We have not only taken care of our own pets but watched friends critters when they traveled. Currently one of us is retired and will be able to be with your pet all day, except on occasion when we go out or errands. Both of us are home in the evenings and weekends and are also willing to take your pet with for rides or errands, if allowed. We enjoy daily walks. We do not have a fenced yard but a nice area for walking behind the house. Your pet will always be supervised. We can crate your dog, if needed or requested, but otherwise they will have the run of the house.

About: I’ve cared for pets for many years and genuinely love animals. I understand how important routines and trust are, and I make sure every pet feels comfortable, calm, and cared for. I am active duty military. I have time throughout the day to take dogs out or feed them when needed. Free Friday through Sunday as well About an acre of land for dogs to roam around on, unfenced. Can be crated when needed or if they are good without it and won’t destroy furniture, that works too. Can take them on walks or hikes.

About: I have been pet sitting for friends and neighbors since I was 12 and am always down to hike with a dog. I love animals of all kinds and have experience with dogs, puppies, cats, fish, and birds. I would be delighted to meet and care for your pets! I am currently completing an internship during normal weekday work hours, so I am available for walks and drop in visits in the mornings, evenings, weekends, and lunch hours if needed. I have been dedicated to animal care from a young age, always showing a strong passion for helping animals in need. Over 15 years ago, I began working with rescue dogs while searching for the right dog to adopt. During this time, I adopted my first and third foster dogs, later welcoming a third rescue into my home. I continued fostering dogs until 2018, by which point I was caring for five of my own, along with chickens, goats, horses, ducks, and other animals. Additionally, I volunteered and worked at an animal sanctuary specializing in behavioral modification training, focusing on rehabilitating dogs with the most challenging backgrounds. I am currently employed full-time, working 10-hour shifts Monday through Thursday. I base my life around the well being of my companion! I love my dog and his happiness means everything to me. I currently work M-Thurs 10-hour day shifts. I walk my dog on a leash, unless im in an area that is safe for him to be off leash (Chena or Tanan Lake areas.) I do take my dog to the dog park for some socialization as i believe it is very important to keep him social with other dogs and humans. My dog does sleep on my bed. As far as taking care of clients pets, I will respect their wishes with how they want their loved one taken care of.

Whether they need a quick potty break, playtime, or just someone to keep them company, I’m happy to provide attentive, reliable care. I’ve had dogs my entire life and have been caring for cats for the past 6 years. While I don’t currently offer boarding because I don’t have the space to host pets in my home, I’m committed to providing safe, reliable, and loving care in your pet’s familiar environment. About: I've taken care of multiple dogs at a time. I am very timely with their sleep, eating, and play schedules. I have frequently taken care of any messes that have happened and provide safety measures to assure that it doesn't happen again. I am a part-time student and a stay-at-home wife. We are not in the position to get a pet ourselves but I love animals. I have church on the weekends but other than that I am available to your pets needs at any given moment. I have a fenced yard, which is decent in size. I have no pets of my own so if your pet isn't good with other pets there won't be a problem.

About: I've had pets for as long as I can remember and I'm that person that will go out of my way to make sure an animal is happy and content. Family, friends and neighbors fully entrust me with the care and transport of their pets and can rest their minds because they know their pet is in good hands. I send texts, pics and any other updates of how their beloved furry family member is doing while they're away. One time I was watching my friend's senior cat while she was away. We lived in very rural Alaska at the time where the nearest vet was a 3 hour drive. He was fine for the first couple of days, then out of nowhere he became very lethargic. Low energy and wasn't eating. I noticed a rather large, soft lump on his head between his ears which I thought to be an abscess. I reached into my background as a medical assistant and decided to drain the fluid. Once I did, he jumped back to his old self... purrring, playing, eating. Yes, I know taking him to the vet is the best option, but sometimes you do what needs to be done. While I love both cats and dogs and am willing to care for both, the dog would have to be the right fit. Meaning, due to my injury, I'm not able to go on runs like I used to or long walks. I am currently recovering from an on the job injury, so my schedule is very flexible. I am available most any time aside from my physical therapy appointments once a week. Don't let my injury deter you. I am strong, mobile and more than capable of most activities minus running or long walks. I prefer taking care of pets in the comfort of their home. I am both dependable and reliable as a house/pet sitter or drop in.

About: I’m comfortable with dogs of all ages and sizes. When I walk with my dog I like to exercise her mentally and physically so I do a combination of fast walking and stops for sniffs, which seems to always leave her happy. I’m glad to do any kind of walking routine that your pup might enjoy and or be used to. About: I grew up around dogs. I like to keep them active by walking them or playing with them outside. I have taken care of small and large breeds. I have a flexible working schedule, some days at work need to be in person, some can be distance, so I can stay with customer's pets. At client's home I am following the provided pet dietary guidelines. I am frequently letting the pets out for potty breaks. If the yard is not fenced, I am paying extra attention for the presence of other pet or wild animals. I also like to keep the pets busy with activities so they do not get bored.

My working history includes multiple years volunteering at an animal shelter, multiple years at the Denali National Park Sled Dog Kennel, and a year at an Iditarod Kennel here in Fairbanks. I have a love and passion for dogs and other animals and would love to care for them while you are gone! They are welcome to stay right in our home and become part of the family! I have years of experience caring for and training sled dogs. I have been training my own dogs for a variety of sports such as Obedience, Rally, and Agility, Dock diving, and Barn Hunt for over ten years as well. I have worked at a doggie daycare and boarding facility for several years where I was constantly working with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments (I love them all)! I also have experience pet sitting dogs in my home for many years. I have been working as a vet tech for the past 8 years. I have a flexible work schedule with a 3 hour lunch break and only about 5 minutes away from home. Your dog is never left alone for more than 4 hours at a time. We live just outside of town in a secluded and private area of Goldstream. We have a large fenced in yard for your dog to play in. We also have direct access to the Goldstream trails right from our property (which I hike very frequently with the dogs) We have a small team of sled dogs that are also part of our family. They are fenced off in a separate yard, but all are very friendly. If you have a dog that loves to play, we basically have our own dog park right here with lots of friendly dogs! I have several dogs that absolutely love to play with other dogs and would love to meet your dog. Please contact me if interested! I would love to watch your dog while you are away! I am very active with my own dogs and your dog is welcome to join right in! We play tons of fetch, go swimming and hiking, as well as dog sledding and skijoring in the winter. I have big fenced in yards with two very friendly house dogs. Your dog will be welcomed into my home and treated just like my own dogs.

About: I’ve taken care of our family dog ever since I was 8 years old and we had her for over 12 years. I love taking care of animals and spending time with them. I am currently in Fairbanks and I work around 4 days a week and just do some work on my computer when I am not working! Willing to do overnight stays as well. About: I grew up in a big animal lover family with all kinds of pets and in turn have always been responsible for my part in taking care of them, starting at a young age. Currently my husband and I only have one adorable cat named Honeybee. We found her as a stray while visiting my home town in Florida. I also attended a veterinary assisting program in high school as well as interned in a veterinary clinic. If you have a sick, older furry friend, or puppies who need a little extra care I have experience with that and don't mind taking those extra steps for their comfort. My husband and I are both active duty military, depending on what shift we are on for that week our schedule can change. But typically we are gone from our house for 9 hours during the week days. The rest of the time we usually are just chilling. If I'm caring for your pet, my attention during my free time will 100% go to them. As someone who has handled a variety of pets and has a cat, I understand that each pet has their own little quirks. Therefore I can easily adapt to any need your fur babies require to make them feel safe and comfortable.

About: Iv cared for many pets before, including but not exclusively dogs, cats and rabbits. I also have experience with large animals Currently have 7 cats of my own. Im kind with all animals I currently have a full time job, but i am available after 6pm to 10pm, with all day availability Monday and Tuesday. About: I currently own 25 Alaskan Huskies and 1 German Shepard. I run a sled dog tour business with my pups in the winter! Our sled dogs are all extremely friendly and trained to be off leash and indoors on a rotation. I've been working with dogs and training animals since I was 15! I can help train your dog or just doggysit! We pride ourselves in dog care and want your friend to be happy and comfortable here with us. We have lots of options available at our house. We can house a sled dog outside in our dog yard or chain link enclosures (ask about discounted prices for sled dogs) or we can watch your pet dog in our home with a few of our pet dogs! All of our dogs are up to date on Rabies, Parvo and Bordetella vaccinations. I currently have 1 german shepherd and one husky that live inside full time all the rest of our dogs can be outside if needed during your pets stay. Our dogs are not allowed on our furniture but they sleep in our bedroom on their beds. They are always with us while we're working outside either loose or in one of our enclosed pens.
