“What a fantastic experience! Marissa looked over my two cats during our extended honeymoon stay. Marissa was so easy to work with and allowed us to add four additional days onto our honeymoon thanks to her flexibility and professionalism. I truly cannot give a high enough rating for the experience and piece of mind she provided.”

“Jaden was meticulous, diligent, and offered my cats so much patience and affection. I was very impressed with their understanding of Jack and Poppy’s nuances, and the way they offered my kitties both space, respect, or affection on their terms. Thank you so much Jade for taking such good care of Poppy and Jack.”

“Valerie was great with Decker while we were away on vacation. I appreciated her daily updates and pics. It was clear from the meet & greet that Decker liked Valerie and her pics confirmed he was more than comfortable with her and appreciated her belly rubs. Would definitely recommend Valerie!!”

“Deidre was great at communicating and taking photos for me! She even brought in the mail for me! First time using rover and she made it easy for me!!”

“This was my first time using Rover and Kianne was so helpful. She asked tons of questions upon meeting my cats to ensure they’d feel safe and comfortable. She was very thorough in their reports each day and sent lots of photos which I appreciated!”

“Amelia was great. Unfortunately my cat did not react well to a stranger being in the house without us, however she stayed calm throughout the entire situation and handled it with grace. We mutually agreed that it was best that I cancel the rest of the visits and I made arrangements with one of my friends to watch him as she is a familiar face. This is the first time I have traveled since adopting my little fur baby about a year ago so he has not ever been left in the care of anyone outside our household. But genuinely I am grateful to Amelia for trying her best and handling the situation with grace.”

“This is the second time Jeffrey has done drop-ins for our cat Pickles. He is an amazing sitter, provides lots of feedback, photos and was even thoughtful enough to consider whether the cat's dispenser was working correctly when she was meow-crying a lot. Great experience! 10/5!”

“Grace was excellent! She responded very timely to texts and emails, and was able to accommodate our booking with little notice. We were very happy with the the daily updates and pictures. We will definitely turn to Grace in the future when we have to leave our pets at home & would definitely recommend her to anyone.”

“Beth took such great care of my cat while I was on vacation. She sent me pictures along with notes every day. The communication was great and always timely. I'm so glad I chose Beth to take care of my cat and would definitely rebook her again.”

“Eva was so good with my cats! She was even able to get my shy/scared kitty to come out every day! She’s never done that for anyone else. I could see in the pictures that my cats were very comfortable with her which gave me peace of mind. I will definitely be using her again!”

“Devin is extremely flexible and easy to work with. She’s been great for our Hunter and always provides us with a quick photo to ease our worries when we are not able to be at home with our sweet kitty.”

“Amber took care of my 2 cats while I was away. One of my cats is very shy and skittish. I have had sitters in the past who never get to see her; she hides and will not come out. She has warmed up to Amber and will come out and let Amber touch her. Both cats do very well when Amber takes care of them. She spends time with them and keeps their box cleaned out. I appreciate her care for my pets very much. When I leave I know they are in good hands.”

About: Hi! I'm Michelle, I've been dogsitting for over 9 years for friends and family and finally became a dog mom in 2020--it's the best! My husband, Brad, and I both love animals and are excited to join the Rover sitter community. We are comfortable with dogs of any age and any breed, and would care for your dog as if s/he were out own. We can administer medications as needed (we mostly have experience with oral and topical meds, but are willing to learn what's needed for your furry friend) and are very attentive to your dog's diet and feeding regime. We can't wait to welcome your dog into our home while you are away! Michelle works from home so your dog won't be on their own for long periods while staying at our home. We love taking our dog, Joni, on walks (& runs) everyday (we usually go several times each day) and we have a large fenced in yard for additional playtime, so your pup will get lots of outside time to burn off energy and sniff. Your dog will have full access to our home, just as our Joni does, with a variety of toys and bed options (including couches) available throughout the day. You'll get regular photo updates of your pup's adventures while you're away (unless otherwise requested). My husband and I have a large, fenced in backyard that's perfect for zoomies and playtime, and live in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Our 6 year old pup, Joni, is always looking for new friends and someone to share her toys with (she's up to date on her vaccinations and preventative meds). If your dog is crate trained, we'd be happy to find a space to set that up for them in our home during their stay, or they are welcome to use Joni's old crate which we can set up if needed. Additionally, feel free to bring any toys or bedding/blankets that help make your dog feel at home; we want him/her to have what they need to be comfy while you are away.

About: Hi, I’m Katie! I’ve had dogs my whole life and volunteered in dog shelters for years. As a kid, I annotated my dog encyclopedia and woke up at 5 am on Saturdays to watch the AKC dog show, so in addition to loving mutts & shelter dogs, I also have a good understanding of breed nuances and distinct needs. I’m extremely detailed and will take care to notice if I’m putting your dog’s leash on in a comfortable way, if I got the gate closed, and all the little things you notice when it’s your own pet. I continually educate myself on dog body language and first aid in addition to detailed training I received from Humane Colorado shelter and my Red Cross pet first aid certification. Your pet will be treated with love and meticulous care, with the goal being to leave them happy and played out, ready for a nap! Limited time offer: all new clients receive a free custom pet portrait sketched by me! I am practicing this art form so there is no cost, just a cute way for me to share gratitude and work on my technique! I am self-employed with 24/7 flexibility and control over my own schedule, so I’m available to accommodate whatever custom scheduling needs you may have for your precious pets! When visiting or staying with someone’s pet, I treat the home and animal how I would want mine treated, with integrity and a dedication to leave all things better than I found them. I check fences and gates for any weak points, avoid other dogs on walks, pay attention to their favorite lounging and “neighborhood watch” spots, and allow them to show me what they want and need. I provide detailed photos & reports, and interact with enormous amounts of love and sincerity just like I’d hope my own would be treated with. Trust is everything. You can count on me!

“Morgan was always on time, she was dedicated, she was very loving with our cats and we highly recommend her. We had a complicated system with our two indoor/outdoor cats and she managed it flawlessly.”
