Her report after each visit was thorough and usually included an extra anecdote about their time together and great pictures! When there was a big rain storm and they couldn't walk outside, Lindsey spent the time playing with our dog inside and gave him the attention and exercise that he needed. About: As someone who is always trying to live vicariously through dog owners, I have been a reliable and eager puppy and cat sitter since I was young - for friends, coworkers, neighbors, and extended family. I have experience and am comfortable feeding and exercising large and small dogs, puppies and seniors. I have always had cats, and have plenty of experience with administering oral medicines and asthma treatment. I am comfortable with cleaning messes, longterm stays, overnights, and honestly whatever else is needed during your time away. I would love to send pictures and updates of your pets as much as you would like them - your pets become main characters in my life within minutes of meeting them! I am your introverted, nurturing childless millennial that treats every animal with endless attention and love. As a speech-language pathologist, I also think that understanding animal communication and respecting boundaries are key. If your pet is showing me they need space, I will listen to them and make sure they are well fed, their needs are met and a soft presence is near. If they are showing me that they need more love and attention, I will stay and give them more love and attention! I can’t wait to meet your furry family. Right now, my schedule is wonderfully flexible. I’m a teacher on summer break and transitioning into a teletherapy position, so I have plenty of availability to care for your pets throughout the day. I believe pets are happiest when their routines stay as consistent as possible, so I make it a priority to learn each pet’s normal schedule, preferences, personality, and needs before their owner leaves. In a client’s home, I carefully follow feeding schedules, refresh water, clean litter boxes and outdoor areas as needed, administer medications when required, and make sure pets receive the exercise, enrichment, affection, and companionship they have when you’re home. I pay close attention to body language, behavior changes, appetite, energy levels, and overall well-being. As a speech-language pathologist, communication is a big part of my professional life, and I bring that same attentiveness to the animals in my care. I believe good pet care means respecting boundaries, recognizing needs, and responding appropriately to what an animal is communicating. I also love sending photos and updates, because I know how reassuring it is to see your pet happy and comfortable while you’re away. My goal is always to provide a safe, calm, loving environment and to care for your pets the same way I would hope someone would care for my own.

About: My partner Jack and I love caring for pets! Both of us have been caretakers for pets practically our whole lives, including senior pets and pets with special needs, in addition to small animals like rodents and birds. We are both very attentive to your pets needs and do our best to make them feel comfortable and cared for while you’re away. We know just how important your companion is to you, so safety is taken into consideration at all times. We keep dogs on leashes at all times when letting them go outside. I work as a barista at a coffee shop and Jack is an employee at Pitt. Together our schedules allow us to have at least 1 person home for most of the day. On rare occasions when neither of us are home, at most we are away for 3-4 hours. We have a large yard with a lead and 2 cats. Our house is moderately sized, with room for playing and relaxing. We are attentive to feeding schedules and potty breaks.

About: I've been dog sitting for neighbors, friends, and Family since my senior year of High School. I have dogs watched all sized dogs . I love dogs, dogs love me. I think animals are better than humans. I will spoil them with walks, love and treats while they are in my care. Recently let go from my work at a non profit. Thinking my of next move. Have free time now. Need something to do while I figure out my next move. I don't have a fenced in yard but I live on a flat easy walkable street. Im also a few miles away from several different parks. Your pets are welcome to lay and sleep on the furniture (its use to it) I have a big front window they can look out if they like. I can give them meds and shots if needed.

About: Have had pets my entire life and have very much enjoyed my time hosting dogs of all ages and sizes. A lot of love and walks! I work remotely! So I’ll be here to care for and attend to their needs whenever they have them. I aim to take dogs for walks 2-3x per day and can maintain feeding and medicinal schedules. As a note, your dog will be the only dog here! I block out my calendar once I’ve received bookings so you can feel safe knowing that your dog will receive 1-on-1 attention. So much love. I like to learn about your pet and any information you’re able to provide is welcomed. Bring their food, schedule, and favorite toy. They will be the only dog at my home which will be nice for them to receive 1-on-1 care.
