About: I’ve had cats and dogs all my life. I’ve baby sat for mostly dogs. My cat takes insulin twice a day so can give your pet medication. I have a 2010 jeep compass so I can fit a small to large dog in my car if you want me to take your dog to a park. About: I brought our two cats, Chili and Lok-Lok, all the way from China, but I grew up with dogs in my family and love both. I’ve taken care of my family’s and friends’ dogs and I heard about this app so I thought it might be fun to give it a try. Whenever I get called on to dog-sit for my friend here in Pittsburgh I like to go to the dog parks near the South Side river or jog along with them, rain or snow, and socialize with other dogs. Looking forward to meeting yours! I’m a PhD student at the University of Pittsburgh so summer and winter breaks are relatively free, and usually I’m only “working” 2-3 half days per week. I have to do a lot of reading and thinking so getting out of the house is a good way to take a break and process. I have a fenced yard where I do some gardening and let our cats out every day to chase bugs and birds. My friends have stayed over with their dogs and I just move the cats to the second floor and keep them there while the dogs take the first and the yard.

About: I’ve always been a dog and cat lover. Growing up, I was only permitted to have a pets as long as I swore to take on all the responsibilities of having one. I’m familiar with the dynamic it takes for caring for and exercising younger dogs versus older dogs, as I had my dog since she was a puppy and cared for her well into her senior years until we had to say goodbye after nearly 15 incredible years together. I appreciate getting to know the personalities of all dogs and cats, and I really enjoy spending time with them. I am currently a medical student studying podiatry, so my schedule is rather flexible until my graduation in May 2026. I can adjust to your schedule and tend to your fur baby whenever is best for you! I have a dog savvy cat who I try to play with regularly as I recognize how important it is for all pets to have mental stimulation. I have a small yard for any dogs to relieve themselves under my supervision. I love going for walks and always enjoy to have a dog to keep me company on them!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats since childhood, whether my own, or for friends, family, and neighbors. I will treat your sweet dog or cat as my own. I can go on long or short walks, can administer medications, can play or provide sweet loving attention to your fur babies. I work part-time, so I’m happy to be at your home or taking care of your dog/cat before 9 and after 5 pm on Tuesdays-Thursdays. The other days of the week/weekend I can be there as often as you’d like, for as long as you’d like. I can walk dogs for as long as you need, we can work out a schedule that works best. My yard is partially fenced, so I fully intend to watch your dog during outdoor time if you are not one to use a lead. My house is 3-stories so perfect for any size animal. At the client’s home, I will follow your instructions as close as possible, and can provide a safe and loving presence. The only caveat is my house has 2 cats, so we must be sure the the visiting dog is safe with cats.

About: I limit the number of pets so they get personalized love and attention. From shy senior cats to high-energy puppies, I have had and worked with all ages and needs. I provide frequent updates catered to the owner’s request. I like to build trust through consistence and long-term relationships so your pet sees a familiar face and is happy. I am retiring from teaching and will have a part time work-from-home job and will have plenty of time for love and cuddles with your pets. I walk several times a day so your dog (or walking cat), gets plenty of exercise. I have a fenced in covered patio so they get plenty of fresh air! Again, I walk several times a day, have a park at the end of my road, I have a fenced in patio and there is a dog park within walking distance of my home. If they ride well in a car, I will take them to a big park for walks and dog park socialization. I have had dogs since I was born and cats all of my adult life. I have watched many animals for friends, families, neighbors, etc. I have had rabbits, turtles, fish, iguanas as well. I have a special place in my heart for animals.

“It was our first time using Rover and Lindsey was an excellent companion and dog walker for our pit bull mix! Her report after each visit was thorough and usually included an extra anecdote about their time together and great pictures! Lindsey very concerned and asked for our advice when our dog wasn't eating much food when we initially left. We appreciated her initiative. When there was a big rain storm and they couldn't walk outside, Lindsey spent the time playing with our dog inside and gave him the attention and exercise that he needed. Overall a great experience and highly recommend Lindsey!”

I’ve had him for 6 years and it required lots of training and working with to bring him into his full personality. I have also volunteered at pet shelters over the years and work closely with shy and scared rescues that need help. I currently bartend full time so my mornings and afternoons are free majority of time as long as I am given a few days notice! I will give your pup a walk to stretch their legs and get their daily exercise. I will also stay at your house for visits to play with them and get all their energy out while you’re gone for the day.
