She has cared for and medicated elderly and ailing animals with sensitivity, compassion, and ease. She has handled challenging situations, like hard-to-medicate cats, with professionalism and competence. She pays attention to details, focusing on the behaviour and overall well-being of a pet, mindful of any concerning or unexpected changes. This provides so much reassurance for a pet owner.
