She was on time, very communicative, and even sent pics while she was there. She updated me as she went and gave me a fabulous recap of the visit and reassured me that the house was locked when she left. She loved on the pups and was so kind. She was absolutely amazing, especially last minute having never been to our house before, and we would love to use her again!”

Also offering bathing for those that would like to do so for 15 a dog due to shampoo costs I follow the pet owners instructions, I feed and water the pets, give meds as needed, take dogs on walks, or can take dogs to appointments

About: I have always had pets in the home. I believe animals are like children. I volunteer part time at prarie paws animal shelter in ottawa to share my love for pets. I train all of my own pets and am able to handle large dogs, difficult leash walkers, and provide mentally stimulating activities. I work 5 minutes from home. On week days I go home for my lunch to care for the animals in my care. The animals will only have to go up to 4 hours during the day without interaction. During this time they will be supervised via a monitor in the room. We are a multi pet home. We have 2 dogs, 1 cat, 3 fish tanks, and even chickens. We love animals! Your pet will have his or her own private suite in our home which includes a bed, Kennel, toys, blanket etc. We provide activities that will help mentally stimulate your pet and ease their anxiety. The upper level of our home is where your pet will be housed, away from the other animals to prevent any conflicts that may occur and reduce any anxiety that may come with unfamiliar animals. We are able to take up to 2 pets. This number is decided on the amount of private space we are able to provide your pet. 2 rooms are available.

About: I grew up on a farm and I have experience dealing with all kinds of animals, and it's a passion of mine to love and take care of animals. For extra money in high school, I would dog sit for family friends while they were on vacation, and I still dog/cat sit for my friends and family occasionally. Recently, both of my childhood dogs passed away. I can't have dogs in my apartment and I feel a longing to bond and spend time with dogs. This job is a wonderful way to utilize my animal experience and also fulfill my need to interact with dogs. I currently work as a real estate agent, so my schedule is very flexible. If you would like your dog walked or cared for routinely throughout the week, let me know and I will be happy to fit you into my schedule! I do not offer dog boarding for clients since I am not allowed dogs/cats in my apartment. I do however love to dog sit or just come by during the day to take them on a walk. I understand animals are a part of the family and it takes a lot of trust to allow someone else to take care of them. I always send you pictures of your pet when I’m caring for them. Not only does this assure you that your pet is in good hands, but who doesn’t love a random picture of their furry friend?!

About: Growing up, we always had dogs in the house. I am experienced in feeding, bathing, walking, playing, and caring for dogs. I have dog-sat for family friends on and off over the years. I have experience with dogs of all sizes, ranging from Dobermans to miniature dachshunds! I am a college student at OU, so I have flexibility during the day between classes to give dogs potty breaks, feed the dogs, and provide some play time/exercise! Most weekends I am not available due to athletics for the college. I will make sure to use only treats and toys provided from your home unless instructed otherwise. If your dog needs to be put in a crate, I will safely and calmly insert and release the dog from their crate! The dog will be played with safely!

About: I have had a variety of animals in my home since I was born and I love each and every one. I have taken care of puppies as well as older dogs. I’m not currently working, so I am almost always open to look after your babies! I am available all week and some weekends, just depending on the week! I can do whatever is needed for your pets whether that be kenneling, fenced yard, etc. I take my dog out on a leash at my house so i’m also good with that.

About: Hi I'm Katie I'm 28 years old and have had my dog Roxy, a husky rott-chow for 8 years now. I absolutely love animals and will take care of them as if they were my own. I go to school and when I'm not working we love going on walks, exploring new places, playing, and learning new tricks and being outside as much as possible. I have experience with dogs of all types and have cared for my dog after her acl surgery so am fairly comfortable with after surgery check ins if needed. I have also had plenty of experience with cats and had volunteered at helping hands throughout high school. Would love to look after your pup for you and would be happy to send you pictures so you can check in on your babies, Im also available on fairly short notice, look forward to meeting you and your pup! I can check on your pets in the morning or late afternoon/evening and can do multiple visits per day if needed. I'm also available on short notice. We'll set up a meeting before my first visit to discuss any tasks you'd like done and also to make sure I am a good fit for your pup or kitten.

I would love to watch your pet and will make sure they are safe, well taken care of, and happy. I walked dogs for 3 years in high school and dog sat as well. About: Hi, I’m Sarah! I’m 18 years old and have loved animals for as long as I can remember. I grew up with both dogs and cats, and I currently have four dogs of my own, so I’ve always been surrounded by animals. I work at a dog daycare in Lawrence, where I care for dogs of all sizes, breeds, ages, and personalities. I supervise playgroups, feed dogs, give medications when needed, and make sure they’re safe and having a good time. Working there has given me experience with all kinds of dogs and taught me how important it is to pay attention to each pet’s individual needs. I’m also experienced with cats and am happy to care for both friendly, outgoing cats and the more shy, independent ones. I recently graduated from high school and will be starting my pre-veterinary studies at JCCC this fall. My dream is to become a veterinarian! My boyfriend, Cameron, is 20 and helps me with pet sitting. He loves animals just as much as I do and has plenty of experience with them. He helped train our German Shepherd from puppyhood and grew up with several cats, so he’s comfortable caring for both dogs and cats. I just like to let everyone know that Cameron may accompany me on visits or overnight stays. We both genuinely enjoy spending time with animals, and we’ll make sure your pets are loved and well cared for while you’re away. I work Tuesday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, but I’m available before work, during my breaks, and after work. So I am able to check your pets every 4-5 hours. I also have full availability on weekends and Mondays. Pet care fits naturally into my schedule, and I do my best to be flexible to meet your pet’s needs. When I’m caring for your pet in their own home, my goal is to keep their routine as normal and stress free as possible. Whether that’s feeding, walks, playtime, medications, or plenty of cuddles, I’ll make sure they get the attention and care they deserve. About: My family has had dogs, cats and fish my whole life. I often watch them when my parents are out of town and I have dog and cat sat for family & friends for years. I have helped a friends family with their cattle and pigs, but am not as experienced with livestock outside chickens. I’m currently available 7 days/wk I work as a server in my pleasant so whoever I’m staying with ideally should be able to go 6-8hrs between potty breaks! If I have 2 weeks or more advanced notice I can make arrangements to be able to check in more frequently. o o o o o o o o o o I love interacting with the pets and getting to see them get more comfortable with me. About: I have grown up with dogs my whole life (specifically German Shepard's and Boxers). I now have a family of my own with 9 and 12 year old kids. I have gone to adoption fairs and brought home two dogs now. Our first dog is a lab mix and our 2nd dog is a black lab. They are everything to my family and I which clearly means they are well love and spoiled. They LOVE other dogs off and on our property. My 9 year old has said "I dont like humans much, but I love animals" and this is so true for her since day 1. We are active in 4H, ahe show and competes in horse events. I will love your dog as my own while you are away!

About: Hi there! I’m Kylee, and I would love to care for your pet! I work during the day but have tons of free time otherwise and am looking to make some extra $ so this is what I chose to do and I am so excited! I absolutely love dogs and all animals as I grew up in a house with dogs, cats, chickens, snakes, hamsters and more so nothing is too crazy for me! My dogs are my pride and joy and I promise to treat yours with the same amount of love and compassion I would want anyone to treat mine with! My mom has a Belgian Malanois and we have raised him and trained him behaviorally from a puppy so if you have similar breed high energy dogs like him, I am well equipped for that! I do work during the day but I am happy to spend all my extra time with your furry friends and stay overnights as well! I know how important it is for dogs to get adequate time and exercise so I will make sure to get plenty of walks and dog park visits if needed! I also love to give pup cups if allowed!
