“My puppy, Fancy, was very well taken care of. I’m so happy to have found Courtney, and Rover. I will never board again. Fancy was with a family, getting 24/7 care and love. I was given updates and funny stories about my wild girl. Such a great experience!!!!”

“Our dogs spent a week with Steve and had such a lovely time! Steve was very easy to work with and took great care of our pups. Also, if you have a pet with special needs (one of our girls is partially paralyzed and the other needs eye drops twice a day) I would absolutely recommend Steve.”

“Sheila is extremely kind, professional, and loving to animals. She went absolutely above and beyond caring for my very rambunctious puppy and I was touched to see how much she cared. She is an excellent communicator and I hope I have the privilege of working with her and her family again’”

“Cheryl watched my 11 month old goldendoodle with a small notice and I believe she did amazing! She sent updates and responded back quickly every time. My fur baby came back so happy looking and worn out (which is good) which meant he had a lot of fun! He was drooling while napping when he got back LOL.”

“This is our second boarding with Lauren for our German Shepherd puppy and this day was wonderful for our dog and us. Lauren is great with communication and updates and our puppy loves spending time with her and her dogs. Highly recommend Lauren! She’s made being a new pet owner so much easier knowing we can entrust our puppy to someone loves him like her own!”

“Carissa took great care of my Nala. Nala hurt her leg a few days before we were going out of town and Carissa was very willing to give her the extra attention she needed! She will definitely be hangout out with Carissa again!!”
“Cheryl was so wonderful and flexible. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Miles means so much to me and I appreciated her photos and updates, and I could also tell they gave him so much love that I felt a lot less guilty leaving him!!! She was absolutely great and I would wholeheartedly recommend Cheryl!!”

“Truly an awesome experience! I can’t thank Megan and super sweet family enough for welcoming my high anxiety girl into their home and loving on her as if she was their own. I could tell by the updates and pictures that Megan sent daily that Rosie was happy and enjoying her stay, which gave me great peace of mind and allowed me to throughly enjoy my vacation. I have no doubt Rosie will miss playing with the kiddos and family pets, but not for long since we’re already planning another stay in just a few weeks!”

“Brittany and her family did a great job taking care of our two goldens. They were at her house for an extended period of time and we appreciated the pictures and messages throughout their stay. We would definitely book Brittany again without hesitation!”

“Luke was a great provider for Joker while we were on vacation! Typically Joker will not eat much while he's boarded at a facility, and will come home very stressed out. Joker was right at home with Luke and his family. We loved receiving the updates and pictures. When we returned, Joker was excited to see us, but he was not stressed out in any way!”

“My 10 year old labradoodle has never been away from my wife and I for more than 2-3 days. The first day we met Gina he was immediately comfortable with her and the house. We took a 5 day trip to Disney and we couldn’t have asked for a better person to watch our dog. She kept us updated everyday with videos and pictures of how he was doing and acclimating with the other dogs. Thank you Gina for making our trip stress free knowing our doodle was cared for and in great hands!”

“I have only great things to say about my pups staying with Brittney and Adam. First, they were wonderful to coordinate with to do a meet and greet. Second, they’re super flexible and quick responders. Finally, my dogs had a blast hanging out with the crew. It was great knowing they were so well cared for while I was away. We will absolutely be coming back!”

“Michele was great! Our dogs loved her home and they came back DOG tired from all the playing. I received pictures and videos while we were out of town and she gave them their meds. I know they enjoyed the bedtime snuggles too! I highly recommend her for dog sitting.”

“Gray loved staying with Leigh and her family! He was not only well cared for, but doted on and given lots of love! Leigh sent regular update messages and pictures for us and we really appreciated knowing he was having so much fun playing with their dog Rosie and making himself right at home.”

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in KS ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
