“Natalia watched our dogs for two weeks. She sent us several updates, with photos, about the dogs during the two weeks. Will definitely use Natalia for any future dog sitting needs.”

“Steve responded quickly when we first contacted him for sitting our dog, and was quick on all other correspondence. Steve is a good choice and certainly my top one for future stays.”

“We were so happy with the love and care Cheryl provided to our fur babies while we were out of the country for 10 days. She put our minds at ease knowing that are pups were in good hands. She kept us informed and updated to let us know our fur babies were happy and healthy! We will definitely use her again.”

“My puppy, Fancy, was very well taken care of. I’m so happy to have found Courtney, and Rover. I will never board again. Fancy was with a family, getting 24/7 care and love. I was given updates and funny stories about my wild girl. Such a great experience!!!!”

About: I grew up taking care of dogs and cats. My family always had either a dog or cats or both. I’ve always loved taking care of them and loving on them. I work from home on weekdays so I’m always around, and my husband is home at night and on weekends. Our home is dog friendly and revolves around our dog, Millie. There are dog toys in every room, treats in the cupboards, and all furniture is dog approved and appreciated. I’m self employed and I work from home, so I’m able to give your pets lots of attention and care. They will get plenty of potty breaks, time outside, and walks around the neighborhood and to the park. We have a fenced in yard that has plenty of room to run and play in and windows for people watching and neighborhood patrolling. We also have a friendly dog who loves to play and meet new people. Your pets will be watched closely and loved on thoroughly!
“Rubi and her family did a wonderful job caring for our dear dachshund for the ten days we were out of the country! Before we connected with Rubi, we were very nervous about leaving Penny with someone who wouldn’t care well for her or understand significant health circumstances inherent to the dachshund breed. But, after meeting her and her dear family, and every day thereafter, our nervousness changed to confidence that they would take great care of our demanding, headstrong, precious dog. And they did! Thank you, Rubi!”

“Kathi is awesome! She was very flexible when we had to adjust dates, and she is an expert when it comes to introducing new dogs to each other and then beginning the boarding process for a dog's first time. It's clear she's had a lot of experience and our dog seemed to really enjoy the experience. We will be using her again and again!”

“I dropped my dog off with Regan for in-home boarding since my AirBnB did not allow pets, and I can confidently say I will 100% definitely book with her again in the future if we need services! I honestly felt way more comfortable and safer dropping him off with her than a vet boarding service. She sent pictures and updates, which I really appreciated because my dog can be a little nervous. My dog came back happy, healthy, and tuckered out! She was extremely flexible with schedule changes and communicated with us along the way. Thank you Regan for providing a safe and comfortable stay for my pet!”

“Brittany and her husband were fantastic watching our golden, Leia, while we were away on a Christmas cruise. I got several updates during the week with pictures! When we went to pick Leia up, it was like she was right at home and super comfortable which is very important to us! She’s very attached to my husband and I, so to see her happy and not anxious was amazing. We travel frequently and will definitely use them again.”

“Luke and his family were life savers for us. Because Ben is an older dog many boarding places would not take him. He and Chai got along right away with all of them and their cute little pup Luna! It was a relief to know that they were part of a family while we were gone and not locked up in a kennel. We have already scheduled our next stay!”

“Tamber was attentive and informative during Miles' first stay. We loved her daily reports and concerns that Miles was as comfortable as possible while in her home. Thank you Tamber so much for everything. You are a gift.”

“Carissa took great care of my Nala. Nala hurt her leg a few days before we were going out of town and Carissa was very willing to give her the extra attention she needed! She will definitely be hangout out with Carissa again!!”
“Lauren was absolutely amazing! I needed an overnight stay in a pinch and she was so communicative and easy to work with. I really appreciated her care for Clover and I will definitely be using her services again. She also has wonderful dogs of her own at her home and I know that my pup loved making new friends.”

About: I've had pets my whole life, and love all kinds! Through the years, I've had cats and dogs, birds, ferrets, hamsters, rabbits, mice, and hermit crabs as personal pets. I currently have a 10-year-old Bichon Frise, a two-year-old rabbit, and a one-year-old cat. My sweet Siren (cat) passed away last year just shy of her 22nd birthday. I'm available to help other people out by providing a loving, friendly face to walk or visit your pet, or to watch them in our home when you need. I provide gentle care that is tailored to each pet. Some pets need a quiet and calm presence, others want to expend energy and play. I adapt to the needs of the pet so every pet can feel comfortable! I'm a teacher currently on summer break! I have two kids at home, a teenage son and an elementary-age daughter, and if your pet comes to stay with us then he or she can expect plenty of love, pets, and cuddles and as much play as they want! When I come to your home, I make sure your pet has plenty of food and fresh water, as well as clean bedding. I spend time playing, petting, brushing, and/or walking your pet, whatever you and they would like. In our home, we have a fenced-in backyard and a friendly Bichon Frise who loves other dogs and cats. Let me know if your pet requires medication administration or any special instructions, any I am able to accommodate that.
“Cheryl did a wonderful job with Lady. She kept us informed with daily pictures and comments. A plus rating. We will definitely use her as our primary dog sitter and highly recommend her to anyone.”

Many sitters in KS ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
