She finally settles down, but takes some firm action at first to get her to listen. Damien was very patient but firm and after the first 20 minutes were buddies the rest of the stay, going back to her chill self. He was prompt, followed all instructions and gave lots of quality time with our dogs. We feel we can plan a longer trip now and feel confident dogs will be in good hands. About: Hi, I’m Jordyn! I’m 22 years old and I am new to Rover. I have three large, very active and cuddly dogs of my own. I’m doing Rover full time so I’m always available for a walk, a drop-in, playtime, or housesitting as well. I understand that leaving your pet to a stranger while you’re away is pretty scary, so my goal is to create a bond with your pet and make sure that you can trust me 100% and feel comfortable. I want to provide the same level of care and love that you do with them. My own dogs are five and seven years old. I have raised each of them since they were 8 weeks old so I have been around plenty of puppies before. I also have experience housesitting with a couple senior dogs too, so I’m comfortable with dogs of all ages. I can take care of larger dogs, but I would prefer no more than 80 pounds as I’m not too strong. I’m good with dogs of all energy levels and would love to play with them, or be quiet and calm as they need. I have housesat and watched other pets for long periods of time (as long as 2 weeks). I also don’t mind picking up/cleaning up any messes either. Unfortunately, due to my home being pretty full, I cannot board in my own house. I am also okay with other pets like cats, fish, and turtles as I have experience in taking care of all of those. I’m home all day except for running errands or appointments so I’m always available to take care of your pet. They will always be my priority. My own dogs have a nice yard to play in and they go on walks frequently. When caring for your pet, I will make sure to care for them the same way you do, as well as treat them like my own. I’d love to take them on walks, play, give treats, and show them lots of love.
About: I truly enjoy dog walking and dog sitting. Currently, I am unable to have a dog and dog walking/sitting brings me so much joy. I especially like taking dogs out for daily walks/jogs/hikes. Our trip was through Thanksgiving and that was not a problem for him. He came over to meet our two dogs and they took to him right away.
