I currently own a 90lb Golden Retriever named StilestheGR and 2 cats Millie and Montana. I used to operate a dog rescue (the stray saver in me) for 5 years and am proud to say that our operation saved and rehomed over 500 dogs. I love all animals, I would say cats are on my intermediate list of knowledge and dogs are my specialty! My main focus on Rover is dog walking/hiking or even adventure outings but I also do drop-ins and house sitting. I do currently work full-time M-F and typically have early evenings and weekends available to my rover clients. I’m available M-F evenings and all day and night on weekends. I typically only need one day notice for bookings and 3 day notice for cancelations. My current capabilities are walking dogs and house sitting. “Our Family had a fairly long trip and did not want to put our dogs in a different location. Looking on Rover we found Phillip who responded right away. Our trip was through Thanksgiving and that was not a problem for him. He came over to meet our two dogs and they took to him right away. I’m happy to play, take pets outside into yards or for walks in the neighborhood to get their energy out, feed them on their schedules, and visit multiple times a day to keep your pet happy and entertained. I have a preference for crate trained dogs, but for those more well-behaved, I have no qualms. As for cats, I’m happy to keep quiet and leave them to their own pace, letting myself be available to them while not invading their space.

I can’t say enough good things about Kaitlyn! From the very beginning, they were professional, kind, and clearly passionate about animals. My dogs Rose and Remi immediately felt comfortable with them, which put me at ease right away. Throughout the stay, Kaitlyn sent regular updates and photos, which I really appreciated. It was clear that my pups were getting plenty of love, exercise, and attention. They followed all my instructions carefully and even went the extra mile to make sure my pups felt comfortable. When I picked up my dog, he was relaxed, happy, and clearly had a great time. I feel so lucky to have found Kaitlyn—they’re trustworthy, responsive, and truly care about the dogs they look after.
