About: Hi, I’m Jordyn! I’m 22 years old and I am new to Rover. I have three large, very active and cuddly dogs of my own. I’m doing Rover full time so I’m always available for a walk, a drop-in, playtime, or housesitting as well. I understand that leaving your pet to a stranger while you’re away is pretty scary, so my goal is to create a bond with your pet and make sure that you can trust me 100% and feel comfortable. I want to provide the same level of care and love that you do with them. My own dogs are five and seven years old. I have raised each of them since they were 8 weeks old so I have been around plenty of puppies before. I also have experience housesitting with a couple senior dogs too, so I’m comfortable with dogs of all ages. I can take care of larger dogs, but I would prefer no more than 80 pounds as I’m not too strong. I’m good with dogs of all energy levels and would love to play with them, or be quiet and calm as they need. I have housesat and watched other pets for long periods of time (as long as 2 weeks). I also don’t mind picking up/cleaning up any messes either. Unfortunately, due to my home being pretty full, I cannot board in my own house. I am also okay with other pets like cats, fish, and turtles as I have experience in taking care of all of those. I’m home all day except for running errands or appointments so I’m always available to take care of your pet. They will always be my priority. My own dogs have a nice yard to play in and they go on walks frequently. When caring for your pet, I will make sure to care for them the same way you do, as well as treat them like my own. I’d love to take them on walks, play, give treats, and show them lots of love.

About: I have always had a pet. I have experience with dogs, cats, fish, rodents, reptiles, horses, cows, wildlife, ducks, chickens, rabbits...feed, groom, cleanup, minor medical, walk, play, snuggle... I am currently available most any time for pet care---hours and days are open Sunday through Saturday. I just request some notice as I do have pets of my own and farm animals to care for or get coverage for if needed. Also, please be considerate as to the time of day you message me to request services. I typically will not get back to you after 10 p.m. or before 8 a.m. as I do sleep, have my own chores, etc... 😉 I am happy to accommodate your pets needs. I do great with checklists and cliff notes :). I can walk or play with your pet. I can just keep them company and care for them. Your baby your rules...

I’m a patient sitter who focuses on building trust. My husband often joins me on our pet-sitting adventures! He absolutely loves dogs, and they always have a blast playing with him. This means your pet gets double the love, attention, and playtime during our visits. Your pet’s comfort and happiness are our top priorities! I work from home with a very flexible schedule, so I’m available for midday walks and check-ins both on weekdays and weekends. I can easily stick to your pet’s usual routine to make sure they get plenty of attention and potty breaks while you’re away. I live right by the Centennial Trail, which is perfect for safe and scenic walks! I always keep dogs on a leash and stay very alert to our surroundings. Since I don't host pets at my place, I’m happy to come to your neighborhood for our adventures. About: I have had dogs since I was 10 years old when I began showing them in agility through 4-H. I have had several foster dogs over the years including those with severe anxiety, one that only spoke Russian, and one that had to wear a diaper. I have two personal dogs who are wonderful adventure companions for my boys and I. I am a special education teacher. I am fully available during weekends, summer, and holidays. During work days I work from 8:00 - 4:00. I can run home for a potty break once during my scheduled work day as needed. I have a large fenced yard with a doggy door system both to the heated garage and outside. I have a separate cat room built off of my garage. It has heat and air conditioning with a large window. This spring a catio will be a wonderful addition to the totally secure space. My home is warm and inviting. I have two lovely children (9 and 11) who adore animals as much as their mother!

About: I discovered my love for animals when my mom rescued a Shiba Inu shortly after my dad died. Since then, I've made every effort to learn as much as I can about cats and dogs, including going to professional grooming school and I'm currently working on becoming a certified dog trainer. Most of my experience with cats has come from my sister and her roommate, but I love cats just as much as I love dogs I do have another part time job, but scheduling is flexible so I'll have plenty of time in the day to check on your buddy! I'm very conscious of their safety and always use a leash, always make sure fenced areas are secure, and that there's no toxic plants around them. My own have a history of bolting/running away, so these things have become 2nd nature for me.

About: I’ve always had a passion for animals, when i was younger i used to always beg my mom to take home the stray dogs. We lived in Brazil at the time so there was plenty. She always said no so i opted for playing with them all day! I’ve been dog sitting for friends and family since i was 12, ranging from many breeds, sizes and ages. I currently work at starbucks in the early mornings and then spend the rest of my day chasing around my 11 month old! Would love an excuse to get outside of the house, and change up the routine! It’s hard to do a one size fits all description because each owner’s and pet’s needs are very different! I typically like to take the dogs for a minimum of a half hour walk, sometimes longer. I tend to stick nearby their house, unless owners recommend a different trail their dogs are familiar with! Meals are typically done at the owners request & schedule. When dropping in at a client’s home i also take special care to make sure everything stays completely in order and to respect their rules ( i.e. no shoes in the house).

About: I have been taking care of my own pets since forever! I started taking care of other peoples when I was 10. I have a siberian husky who I love more than life so I have a lot of experience taking care of crazy pets. I also have cats so I'm both a cat person and a dog person. I am also foster animals from two local shelters. Mostly kittens and the occasional puppy but it’s the best. I am currently doing collage online so I have plenty of time to look after pets. My schedule is very open and I would love to take care of you're pets. I will be able to take care of your pets in your home. My dog is very good with other dogs so I could most likely watch dogs in my home as well. I am a college student online so I have a lot of availability. I work from my computer so if you have an anxious pet that doesn’t like to be alone I can stay at your house for long periods of time. I have a fenced in yard and my pets are all very friendly. I also have a downstairs area where I usually keep my foster kittens but I can use for pets if they don’t like other animals.

I had a foot injury and really appreciated that Velma always showed up on time and told me if my dog pooped, was scared by a cat or large dog or other things they encountered on their walk, like deer. She took really good care of my dog and I would highly recommend her to others.”

I have been a personal dog owner for about as long as i can remember (lets say since I was 10). I love having a fur baby to walk, play with, and care for.
