About: I have had all animals of all kind since I was a little kid. I first started dog sitting when I was 11 and have worked as a farm manger and farm sitter throughout the last four years of college in South Carolina with my one year old Vizsla Juno. I have just moved back to Massachusetts, where I grew up, to attend law school and would love to spend time with your pups! I am spending the year studying for the LSAT’s and will be available during week days and weekends for walks and overnight pet sitting whenever you need. I have two very friendly vizslas who love to play and go for walks of hikes with other dogs. I have cared for all kids of dogs including elderly, rehabbing, reactive, and puppies. Thank you again!! " I've cared for households with multiple pets, including cats, dogs, multiple cats, multiple dogs, and a combination of the above. I've often had people reach back out to me to sit for them again. I love to follow your instructions as closely as possible to help out your animals with the stress of owner absence. I find it important to take time to play with and sit with animals. I'm familiar with giving pets medication, whether through pill pockets, food, or other methods. If your kitties are particular about litter cleaning, I am happy to provide that more frequently as well. I work with energy and empathy in my other jobs, so I am able to bring a calm presence for animals and pay attention to their energy when caring for them. I value consent-based interaction, so I allow animals to warm up to me before petting them. I have flexible work, so I can arrange to stay with your pets or drop in at your convenience. One of my jobs works well with being at home, so I can stay put. I tend to lock doors, being familiar with city living. Integrity and trust are paramount to me, so you can trust that I will treat your home well and honor any areas you don't want me to be in. I know it's a lot to trust a stranger in your home while you are away -- I am happy to provide references and other information to make you feel safe. About: I’m a graduate student with a bachelors of science in Biology and a concentration in pre-vet, working towards a career in veterinary medicine with years of hands-on experience caring for animals. I’ve worked in a clinical hospital and an animal shelter with both cats and dogs, gaining experience with a wide range of temperaments, ages, and needs. I’ve also taken multiple animal-focused college courses that strengthen my understanding of proper care, behavior, and health. In addition, I’ve provided pet sitting and dog walking for friends, family, and neighbors for several years. I’m comfortable caring for pets of all ages and make sure every animal feels safe, loved, and well cared for. I’m currently working part-time, but I have as much time as I can give for your fur baby!
