About: I’ve had dogs my whole life and just got a new puppy, who I’m currently training! Caring for dogs comes naturally to me. I used to have a dog and I miss him, yet at this time I cannot commit to get another one, so I give my love to yours. I am working from home, so I have plenty of time to spend with your furry friend. About: I had a shiba inu named Redbone that passed away in 2015 at the age of 12 and a husky/corgi mix that passed away at 15 in 2018. Lastly, I fostered and adopted a blind, 13 year old shiba inu, Kaya, and she passed in 2021. They meant the world to me. I am now available most of the time. I previously worked at a school. Now I take in elderly animals to give them a retirement home. I would follow all the directions provided to me by the pet parent and treat the pet with the caution and care that I would my own.

About: Hello! My name is Skylar Kerr and I am an Elementary Music teacher in Sarasota. I LOVE dogs, and being in a place where I can’t have a dog of my own yet has been hard. I am excited to get to love your dogs and play with them now too. Pet sitting is something I've done for many years and have grown up with 5 dogs of my own. I also have experience with dogs of all ages. From house sitting a 1 year old for two weeks, as well as helping to take care of my own 15 year old pup who I had to help go in and out to use the restroom and wake to make sure he eats. I love going for walks and know that some dogs need more patience than others, and some need more energy than others(LOTS MORE). I am excited and look forward to getting to play and bond with your puppies!! I am currently working full time so during the week I am available in the morning and afternoons to check in on your pups. And on the weekends have all the time to give them the love and activity they would need while you’re away! I live in a ground floor condo giving easy access for pups of all ages, as well as a large community area to walk around with lots of grass and open space. I have one rescue dog of my own at home along with six cats, two rabbits, zebra finches, tropical fish, and a turtle-most of whom are rescues!
